Maple Grove Moms on the Run was featured this month in an articled titled "Fitness and Friendship: Maple Grove Moms on the Run offers fitness to busy women" in Press & News.
Franchise owner Sheila Kenyon summed up the 'why' of Moms on the Run at the end of the article: "Maple Grove moms should join Moms on the Run if they are looking for a community within their community where they will feel supported in their fitness goals, want to surround themselves with positive, upbeat women who enjoy being involved in their community, and just want to have fun."

At Moms on the Run, we are grateful for opportunities that allow women the ability to work from home while earning a little bit of extra cash. Would you like to get paid for your opinions? Everyone could afford to earn extra cash every once in a while, and for only an hour or two of your time, you can earn extra spending money through paid focus groups. It’s understandable that as a wife, mom or busy woman, you may not have a ton of time on your hands. Your kids and other activities naturally keep you busy. Fortunately, these surveys and panels do not take up a lot of time, and you will be paid for simply giving your opinion on topics that interest you.
Keep those New Year’s Resolutions going strong! Welcome to MOTRvate28, our new 28-day healthy lifestyle challenge for the month of February. It’s everything you liked about our former Healthy Holiday Challenge, with local team accountability to add to the fun*. If you are in one of our southern U.S. locations, you may already be in your active training season and can use this as an extra motivator. If you are in one of our northern locations, use this challenge as a way to prepare for the spring running season!
We have two great challenges coming up to motivate you in the new year!
First, our Winter Workout Challenge is a free, fun challenge that will launch January 7. For one week, we will post on our national Facebook and Instagram pages one exercise a day to challenge all levels. If you are just beginning your journey, you can choose to do that day's challenge at one time or throughout the day, making sure to complete the exercise by the end of the day. If you are advanced, you can level up and do the daily challenge twice! (For example, 50 squats becomes 100 squats.) After you complete the exercise, you will post on our national Facebook page: challenge completed x1 or x2. This post will qualify you for that day's entry; one lucky winner on both Facebook and Instagram every day will win a coveted #MOTRstrong knit pom hat. The Winter Workout Challenge will run Monday through Sunday, Jan.7-13.
