Join us for fitness, fun and friendship! Moms on the Run is a structured fitness program for women of all ages (not just moms) and fitness levels who want to get in shape – and have a fun time doing so.
Whether you participate in workout classes, running with a group, virtual classes, our 5K/10K/Kids Run, or events and challenges, you’ll find support and comradery.
You can also join as a sponsor, coach or franchise owner.
WAYS TO PARTICIPATE
We have locations throughout the United States — and are growing! We’d love to have you along for the adventure. Each location offers a selection of different classes — learn-to-run, endurance runs, strength and cardio boot camp, and more.
If you love to run and enjoy encouraging other women in their fitness goals, consider joining the Moms on the Run coaching staff. You’ll become a valued mentor, role model and teammate.

We are looking for women to partner with us in order to:
- Generate brand awareness within your community about Moms on the Run
- Drive and support education and new customer/location generation
- Encourage authentic conversations about Moms on the Run and helping women learn to run (women within your “geographic” community and online women’s communities)
Destination Run weekends (January/February; locations and dates vary)
Join our National Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson, and the rest of the Moms on the Run crew for a runcation weekend full of fitness, fun and friendship at a new destination each year. The weekend centers around a race with multiple distances, and includes group activities, dinners and fun!
Celebrate Moms 5K (national virtual race): May
Kick of Mother’s Day weekend right with our virtual 5K.
Moms on the Run 5K/10K: August
Join us in-person in St. Paul, MN or virtually for our end-of-summer race.
JOIN OUR CHALLENGES
We offer fun fitness challenges throughout the year to help you stay motivated. Each one has a different focus, but they all offer the chance for prizes! You don’t have to be a member of Moms on the Run to participate.
Release & Restore – Yoga for Runners
YOGALATES – YOGA AND STRENGTH FOR RUNNERS
With the needs of runners in mind, these classes will help you prepare for your weekly workouts, restore your body and calm your mind for the challenges of the week ahead. Keep your muscles long and strong while using yoga to improve breathing, flexibility and core strength.
