ABOUT OUR NUTRITION AND WELLNESS CHALLENGES

At Moms on the Run, we believe that being #MOTRstrong includes maintaining a healthy lifestyle that goes beyond showing up at class each week. We strive to support our participants in ways that go beyond running. That’s why we’ve created several healthy lifestyle challenges designed to motivate you in new ways and keep you accountable. MONTH OF MILES

Participate in this engaging accountability challenge to maintain motivation in your running or walking routine. The challenge occurs every June or July, with the aim of boosting your overall movement over four weeks through daily distance logging. Your goal can be achieved through walking, jogging, intervals, or running—each contributing to your overall target.

Even if you typically favor running, we encourage the inclusion of walking as a crucial element for success in this challenge. It is promoted as a safe method to increase your mileage.

MOVE-EMBER

Throughout November, participate in a lively challenge: engage in 30 minutes of movement every day for 30 days. Your movement can be anything that involves steady activity; it doesn’t have to be limited to stereotypical cardio workouts.

We urge you to unleash your creativity—vacuum, clean out the garage, scrub the shower—anything that gets the blood pumping!
