Women often feel guilty about taking time for themselves and to sign up for their own activities. Moms on the Run helps women recognize that it’s OK (and healthy) to put their own oxygen masks on first. When you feel stronger and have more energy, your loved ones reap the benefits, too!

Formulated especially with busy women in mind, Moms on the Run packs a comprehensive cardio, strength and stretching workout into 60 minutes or less. Participate by choosing to attend one to three workout classes per week, based on what works for you.

ALL WOMEN WELCOME!

We serve women (not just moms) of all ages and fitness levels. Learn to run, run your first 5K, improve your speed and endurance, enjoy running with a group and/or stay motivated in your walking routine! You’ll make new friends, find accountability, and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.
