Mom runners often feel guilty about taking time for themselves and to sign up for their own activities. Moms on the Run helps women recognize that it’s OK (and healthy) to prioritize their own physical fitness.

ALL IN AN HOUR

Formulated especially with busy women in mind, Moms on the Run packs a comprehensive cardio, strength and stretching workout into 60 minutes. Participate by choosing to attend one to three or more workout classes per week, based on what works for you.

We serve women (not just moms) of all ages and fitness levels. Learn to run, run your first 5K, improve your speed and endurance, participate in a half-marathon training plan, participate in a full marathon training plan, or stay motivated in your walking routine!
