A 10-DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE

Introducing PLANKSgiving — a fun challenge leading up to Thanksgiving.
Join us for 10 days of squats, planks and thanks, all for just $10. Each day of the challenge, we’ll give you an exercise to add to your workout, keeping you motivated as we kick off the busy holiday season. Challenge yourself, build strength, and stay inspired. It’s a fantastic opportunity to give thanks while getting your plank on!
Tips:
- Set a timer.
- When doing planks, make sure to keep your abs tucked in and your butt in a straight line with your back.
- Remember to breathe.
- This is meant to be a challenge, but we want you to be safe. You can place your knees on a mat for stability and/or break up the posted exercise time into multiple sessions (i.e. hold two minutes = try to hold one minute two times)
HOW PLANKSGIVING WORKS
- Purchase the Planksgiving challenge for $10. (Proceeds cover cash prizes, the administration of the challenge and a donation to our charity partner, Feed My Starving Children.)
- Follow along on our National Facebook page and do the daily exercise posted from the 18th- 27th.
- Comment on the daily posts by 11:59 p.m. CT in order to be entered into that day’s drawing for a cash prize. Only registered participants are eligible for prizes.
- One lucky grand prize winner will receive a $100 gift card (randomly chosen from participants who join in daily)!
Must be 18 or older and a U.S. resident to register. All adults are invited to sign up. Children are welcome to participate alongside you for fun! By joining in this challenge you are attesting that you are physically conditioned to do so and you accept all liability therefore arising from your participation. Posting on social media (Facebook) is required to have the chance to win bonus prizes. If you do not have a social media account you may ask someone to post on your behalf.
