Moms on the Run inspires and transforms women through a healthy lifestyle of fitness, fun and friendship. We offer instructor-led fitness programming to women of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re training for your first 5K, training for a longer distance, want to increase your strength or just looking for walking buddies, we have a program for you. You’ll make new friends, find accountability, and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.
Moms on the Run began in 2008 in Forest Lake, Minnesota, when a group of moms meeting to exercise in a local park decided they needed a new goal to spice up their post-baby fitness journey: a 5K race!
We offer a structured, coached fitness program for women of all ages (not just moms) who want to get in shape and have fun doing so. Run your first 5K, improve your speed and endurance, or stay motivated in your walking routine.
Did you know Moms on the Run donates at least 10% of profits to charity? Moms on the Run also gives back to the community in other ways like scholarships for runners and partnering with local races.
