2024 Race Recap: Congrats to all of our Runners!

More than 330 runners joined us for the 2024 race! Participants ran the Moms on the Run 5K/10K and Kids Runs at beautiful Lake Phalen in St. Paul and online virtually.

The 2024 race featured fun for the whole family. Kids took part in in balloon art, face painting, crazy hair and sign making (yay, moms!), before their own 1/2 mile “Run with an Olympian” and kiddie dash. Our after-party included lots of prizes and fun food trucks: Maui Wowie smoothies and Inferno Wood Fire Pizza. And a big thank you to all of our volunteers who helped make the event run smoothly. We’re so grateful for you!

Pine City Moms on the Run was the big winner of our team challenge: the highest percentage of members running our race! They received a post-race pizza party. Congrats, Pine City!

Inspirational Member of the Year

We also named our 2024 Most Inspirational Member of the Year. We have so many inspiring members at Moms on the Run — and this year’s nominees were no exception. Our Most Inspirational Member of the Year is Blaine (MN) Moms on the Run member Shaun Olson.

Spend any time with Shaun and it’s impossible to not walk away inspired yourself. Humble and generous to her core, Shaun has taken her love of running and used it in so many ways to give back to the community she loves. While her days are spent volunteering for one organization or another, every race she runs with a purpose — raising thousands for charities close to her heart.
