Training Tip with Carrie: Peaking for Race Time

What’s your goal for your next race? Well, we bet it isn’t to run slower. Ha! No, you’re more likely to say, “I want to run fast and feel good!” Right? When you’re training for a race, you want your body to peak at just the right time. At Moms on the Run, our learn-to-run signature training literally finishes the season with a 5K/10K.
