YOU’RE WELCOME AT BURNSVILLE MOMS ON THE RUN
At Burnsville Moms on the Run, we’re all about inspiring and transforming women (not just moms) through a lifestyle of fitness, fun and friendship. Whether you’re looking to walk, learn to run, or tackle another marathon, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Our coached group runs and workout classes cater to all fitness levels. We offer classes including outdoor running/walking, virtual and in-person strength training, trail running, endurance runs, speedwork, HIIT, half and full marathon training programs and virtual yoga. In addition, we offer seasonal options such as yoga in the park, biking, paddleboarding, Kids on the Run (in the Summer/Fall) and snowshoeing in winter.

ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS
Our class schedule offers the option to attend Lakeville and Burnsville Moms on the Run classes interchangeably. This Winter, our Tuesday 5am and Saturday 6:45am Indoor Strength Training sessions will be offered at Good Shepherd School in Burnsville. Other meetups throughout the week rotate among nearby Burnsville & Lakeville parks, allowing for a variety of terrain and scenery all.
