More than 250 runners joined us for this year’s Moms on the Run 5K/10K and Kids Run at beautiful Lake Phalen in St. Paul and online virtually. For our in-person event, we were greeted with perfect, fall-like temps for our race! (Amazing after last year’s heat wave.) If you ran with us, you can find your race results here. The race featured fun for the whole family. The kids were able to take part in balloon art, face painting, crazy hair and sign making (yay, moms!), before their own 1/2 mile “Run with an Olympian” and kiddie dash. Our Sunset Fun Fest included lots of prizes, Maui Wowie smoothies and The Little Oven pizza. We also were gifted a fantastic sunset to top off the evening! A big thank you to all of our volunteers who helped make the event run smoothly. We’re so grateful for you! We also want to thank Kaaren Burgwald for her sports photography skills in capturing all of the action at our event.

Our favorite award of the year, we presented our 2025 Most Inspirational Member of the Year award to Mari Lynn Crowley of Bloomington (MN) Moms on the Run.
