Welcome to St. Paul - Highland Moms on the Run
Stop thinking you could never be a runner and start believing that you can achieve your fitness goals! Moms on the Run can help. We’re not a run club. We’re an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on your journey. You’ll make new friends, find accountability and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.
We welcome all women, all ages and all fitness levels. We offer programming for walkers to beginning runners to experienced runners. Walkers will be encouraged to follow an interval training schedule designed to maximize their fitness levels. Our “learn to run” program begins with mostly walking and gradually transitions to more jogging with the optional goal of completing a 5k race. Experienced runners will be challenged to improve their times and endurance. We also offer a great selection of additional strength and cardio training formats.

Our Winter Season is NOW OPEN!
No need to lose that strength, speed, agility, and everything else you've gained over the summer and fall just because it's wintertime! Take a break from your usual running routine and joins Moms on the Run indoor winter circuit. This 50-60 minute indoor strength & cardio bootcamp offers cardio interval training that will maximize your metabolism and will allow maximal muscle toning and flexibility by providing HIIT at your level along with fun and challenging strength training. Please bring a mat, hand weights, and a water bottle to class. Flexible enrollment options available. Choose from these class options:
- Indoor Bootcamp (Mon/Sat) - 50-60 minute classes are different every week. We use a variety of equipment to keep things fun and interesting, and do workouts ranging from partner drills to HIIT, from monthly challenges to AMRAP (as many reps as possible), all which will increase strength, muscle tone, speed, and agility.
- Polar Run Club (Wed/Sat) - Stay accountable throughout the cold winter months with outdoor running with like-minded ladies! Sure to help you stay conditioned and keep those goals in check whether that be to just log some miles or to help improve those spring times. Our off-season running club (membership facilitated through the Road Runners Club of America) offers organized structure and accountability at a low price.
