Welcome to Bunker Hills Moms on the Run
We offer programming for all fitness levels, from walkers to beginning runners to experienced runners. Our “learn to run” program begins with mostly walking and gradually transitions to more jogging. Experienced runners will be challenged to improve their times and endurance. Walkers will be encouraged to follow an interval training schedule designed to maximize their fitness levels. We also offer a great selection of additional strength and cardio training formats.

Fall Strength and Cardio Boot Camp
September 11 - November 6th
The class format for our 8-week strength and cardio interval training includes 20 minutes of walk/run intervals intermixed with 20 minutes of strength training and 10 minutes of warm-up, cool down and stretching. Bring an exercise mat, pair of dumbbells (5 pounds recommended), and water bottle.
LOCATION AND CLASS TIMES:
Bunker Hills Regional Park, Pavilion #3
Boot Camp Class: Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:00 PM
Endurance/Distance Run Class: Saturdays at 7:30 AM
All classes are open to every running level. Please contact us any time with questions.
