Moms on the Run inspires and transforms women through a healthy lifestyle of fitness, fun and friendship. We offer instructor-led fitness programming to women of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re training for your first 5K, training for a longer distance, want to increase your strength or just looking for walking buddies, we have a program for you. You’ll make new friends, find accountability, and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.

Our Winter Training Program provides the support and accountability you need to get through the busy holiday season and the long, cold winter months.  Keep your muscles strong and your metabolism boosted with a mix of training dedicated to maintaining cardiovascular fitness while building variety into your strength routine.

CLASS SCHEDULE

Stay in shape with this heart-pumping, muscle-burning fun! Enjoy a fast-paced workout designed to boost your metabolism by combining high-intensity cardio blasts with strength training, including a special focus on core strength for runners. Modifications are available for all fitness levels. Bring an exercise mat and weights (5 pounds recommended).

Meets at Stillwater Middle School

Run or walk as a group for up to 45 minutes.  We may add a little strength if conditions allow.

A reflective vest and headlamp are required.

Meets downtown Hudson

We will walk, run, or hike each Thursday for up to 60 minutes.  This class will meet in various locations around Stillwater.

Our weekly steady paced cardio workouts are designed to help participants build endurance and either increase their mileage, maintain their running base, or add in an additional interval workout.

Rotating Locations within Hudson and Stillwater announced weekly.

This class will be meeting for stairs/hills until outdoor conditions change and then we will hike/snowshoe.  Stairs/hills will meet in Stillwater and hike/snowshoe will be meeting at Willow River, Belwin, and possibly other locations in the area.  All class locations will be announced weekly.

COACH BETH

My journey with running and coaching started back in 2012 when I decided to take my first steps as a runner with Moms on the Run and it sure wasn’t easy, but I did it!  In 2013, I decided to take my passion for running a step further by becoming a coach with Hudson and Stillwater Moms on the Run. Coaching allowed me to share my enthusiasm, knowledge, and experience with other incredible moms who were on their own fitness journeys. Seeing the progress and growth of the amazing women I coached brought me immense joy and fulfillment. 

As a mom of four, I understand the challenges of balancing family, work, and self-care. Running became my escape, a time when I could prioritize my well-being while also setting a positive example for my children. I’ve tackled everything from 5K races to full marathons. Running has taught me valuable lessons about perseverance, determination, and the importance of setting and achieving goals. I also firmly believe in the power of this program to empower women, build connections, and create a supportive, uplifting atmosphere for women of all fitness levels.

RUN THE COAST

JOIN US FOR A SUNNY SOCAL RUNCATION
JANUARY 11-15, 2024

Join Moms on the Run and Olympian Carrie Tollefson for a weekend of fitness, fun and friendship at Carlsbad Marathon, Half and 5k.

Our sunny adventure along the SoCal coast will fill you up with much-needed R&R. Come alone or with your best running friends and focus on whatever you need – pushing yourself during the race, enjoying social time with like-minded women, or relaxing by a beautiful rooftop pool overlooking the ocean.

SPRING AND SUMMER: SIGNATURE TRAINING

Our signature training program lets you attend classes from 1 to 5 times per week. We strongly recommend choosing an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season.

FALL: STRENGTH + CARDIO BOOT CAMP

Our strength and cardio boot camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We’ll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility.

WINTER: POLAR RUN AND INDOOR TRAINING

Our Polar run offers you a way to maintain the running endurance you built up during the summer and fall, while staying accountable and motivating during the long, cold winter months.

We also host virtual and indoor strength-training classes.

MARATHON AND HALF MARATHON TRAINING PLANS

Moms on the Run offers training programs and social media groups to current customers who are training for a marathon or half marathon.

Our training plans have been designed by our National Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson.
