At Moms on the Run, we’ve created several healthy lifestyle challenges to motivate you and keep you accountable. Being #MOTRstrong includes maintaining a healthy lifestyle that goes beyond showing up at class each week.

Everyone is welcome to join our challenges! You don’t need to be a member.

WINTER WORKOUT CHALLENGE

Start the new year off right. Join us the first full week of January for fast, fun, free fitness with our Winter Workout Challenge.

Head to our national Facebook or Insta pages for the exercise of the day. Add the exercise to your day workout. Comment by 11:59 p.m. to be eligible for that day’s prize drawing. Super easy and fun!

PLANKSGIVING CHALLENGE

PLANKSgiving is our challenge leading up to Thanksgiving. Join us for 10 days of squats, planks and thanks.

Keep motivated as we kick off the busy holiday season. Each day, we’ll give you an exercise to add to your workout. Challenge yourself, build strength, and stay inspired. Give thanks while getting your plank on!

HEALTHY HOLIDAY CHALLENGE

Our Healthy Holiday Challenge encourages participants to identify simple and sustainable healthy behaviors to work on each week. Stay fit during the busy holiday season.

The challenge is free, with an optional donation to our charity partner, Feed My Starving Children.
