Our coached group runs and workout classes cater to all fitness levels. The diverse range of workout classes, running plans, and half and full marathon training programs improves strength, flexibility, speed and endurance. HUDSON CLASS SCHEDULE

Our specialty virtual class meets weekly via Zoom with a LIVE instructor. Participants also have access to the classes on demand. By strengthening your core and improving flexibility, this class will help you improve your conditioning and avoid injury. Start you day right with this 30 minute workout!

This class will be a little different each week and will include base run/walk, intervals, hills, and maybe even some stairs along with strength mixed in!  The format for our interval training class includes 20 minutes of walk/run intervals intermixed with 20 minutes of strength training and 10 minutes of warm-up, cool down and stretching.

The format for our interval training class includes 20 minutes of walk/run intervals intermixed with 20 minutes of strength training and 10 minutes of warm-up, cool down and stretching. Our workouts are designed by our National Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson.  Participants are encouraged to bring 5 lb weights and a yoga mat.

Meet at Fitness Park in Downtown Hudson

Our weekly steady paced cardio workouts are designed to help participants build endurance and either increase their mileage, maintain their running base, or add in an additional interval workout.

Rotating Locations within Hudson and Stillwater announced weekly.

Each week we will rotate between downtown Stillwater for Stairs/Hills and the beautiful trails of Willow River State Park.  Get ready to see some beautiful scenery and a great workout!

COACH BETH

My journey with running and coaching started back in 2012 when I decided to take my first steps as a runner with Moms on the Run and it sure wasn’t easy, but I did it!  In 2013, I decided to take my passion for running a step further by becoming a coach with Hudson and Stillwater Moms on the Run. Coaching allowed me to share my enthusiasm, knowledge, and experience with other incredible moms who were on their own fitness journeys. Seeing the progress and growth of the amazing women I coached brought me immense joy and fulfillment.

As a mom of four, I understand the challenges of balancing family, work, and self-care. Running became my escape, a time when I could prioritize my well-being while also setting a positive example for my children. I’ve tackled everything from 5K races to full marathons. Running has taught me valuable lessons about perseverance, determination, and the importance of setting and achieving goals. I also firmly believe in the power of this program to empower women, build connections, and create a supportive, uplifting atmosphere for women of all fitness levels.

SPRING AND SUMMER: SIGNATURE TRAINING

Our signature training program lets you attend classes from 1 to 5 times per week. We strongly recommend choosing an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the seaso

FALL: STRENGTH + CARDIO BOOT CAMP

Our strength and cardio boot camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We’ll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility.

WINTER: POLAR RUN AND INDOOR TRAINING

Our Polar run offers you a way to maintain the running endurance you built up during the summer and fall, while staying accountable and motivating during the long, cold winter months.

We also host virtual and indoor strength-training classes.

MARATHON AND HALF MARATHON TRAINING PLANS

Moms on the Run offers training programs and social media groups to current customers who are training for a marathon or half marathon. Our training plans have been designed by our National Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson.
