Moms on the Run is an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on your journey. You’ll make new friends, find accountability and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.
Our 8-week Strength and Cardio Boot Camp
Offers programming for walkers to beginning runners to experienced runners. We offer interval training for all levels with a strength training focus built into the class to maximize your fitness levels. We also offer weekly steady paced cardio classes designed to help build endurance and offer an option to increasing mileage.
- Interval Training - The class format for our interval training class includes 20 minutes of walk/run intervals intermixed with 20 minutes of strength training and 10 minutes of warm-up, cool down and stretching. Bring an exercise mat, pair of dumbbells (5 pounds recommended), and water bottle.
- Endurance Run - Our weekly endurance run allows our runners to walk or jog for 30 to 45+ minutes. This class option offers a steady pace cardio workout with an option to focus on increasing mileage, for those interested in training for a 10K, half marathon or beyond.
Our Season Runs September 10th, 2019 - November 2nd, 2019
- Interval Training: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm
- Endurance Run: Saturdays at 8am, Various Locations

We offer classes featuring 30 minute interval training for all levels. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season.
A short strength training component, usually 15 minutes, is part of each interval training class.
We offer weekly steady paced cardio workouts with an option to focus on increasing mileage or to get in an additional interval workout.
