Moms on the Run inspires and transforms women through a healthy lifestyle of fitness, fun and friendship. We offer instructor-led fitness programming to women of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re training for your first 5K, training for a longer distance, want to increase your strength or just looking for walking buddies, we have a program for you. You’ll make new friends, find accountability, and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.

Our Winter Training Program provides the support and accountability you need to get through the busy holiday season and the long, cold winter months.  Keep your muscles string and your metabolism boosted with a mix of training dedicated to maintain cardiovascular fitness while building variety into your strength routine.

WINTER CLASS SCHEDULE

Bring a mat and a set of lightweight dumbbells (some will be available to borrow if you don’t have any).

Depending on attendees, distances vary from 30 minutes of walk-run intervals to 20-mile runs.

Winter Flex Class Passes
Join any class throughout the current season. There are 1-3 classes offered each week for 22 weeks.

  • Unlimited Classes – Attend any number of classes each week, best value! $279 (November – Mid-April)
  • Flex 10 Class Pass – Attend up to 10 strength and cardio classes. This pass includes any number of endurance runs. $129 (November – Mid-April)
  • Flex 20 Class Pass – Attend up to 20 strength and cardio classes. This pass includes any number of endurance runs. $259 (November – Mid-April)

COACH STEPHANIE

I am a mom to 3 young adult men. I work full time for a busy urgent care/emergency medicine company and have been part of MOTR since 2010, where I started as an assistant coach. I have been a MOTR franchise owner since 2011 and have a team of coaches. I love the community of women at MOTR and connecting people brings me so much joy. I would love to guide you in your fitness goals while making friendship and fun part of the journey.

SPRING AND SUMMER: SIGNATURE TRAINING

Our signature training program lets you attend classes from 1 to 5 times per week. We strongly recommend choosing an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season.

FALL: STRENGTH + CARDIO BOOT CAMP

Our strength and cardio boot camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We’ll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility.

WINTER: POLAR RUN AND INDOOR TRAINING

Our Polar run offers you a way to maintain the running endurance you built up during the summer and fall, while staying accountable and motivating during the long, cold winter months.

We also host virtual and indoor strength-training classes.

MARATHON AND HALF MARATHON TRAINING PLANS

Moms on the Run offers training programs and social media groups to current customers who are training for a marathon or half marathon.

Our training plans have been designed by our National Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson.
