COACH VIRGINIA

I have been running with Moms on the Run since the summer of 2012 when I joined the Learn to Run program. It wasn’t easy but I was determined to stay consistent with the help of many fellow runners. Since that first day I have run several races that include a 1 mile to several half marathons as well as the Looney Challenge. We all have our story of why we started running; my focus is on the why I continue to run. I have been inspired and encouraged by many women runners and to see their determination is impressive. I am excited to share this journey with other women through this community and to be a part of your running story.

COACH KIM

I started running just after high school with a friend who had been a runner for years and finally convinced me to try it.  I started slowly and over time, added distance.  Before I knew it, I was running 5k’s, 10k’s, then a half marathon and in 2019, my first marathon.  I started with Moms on the Run 6 years ago and that is when I realized that, not only is running a great way to stay healthy, it’s also a great way to get out and meet amazing new people!  I have a full-time job in IT and two amazing children and being part of Moms on the Run gives me time every week to relieve some stress, have some fun and focus on me for a while.  I’m looking forward to a great season!

COACH STEPHANIE

Stephanie will be coaching the majority of our Virtual Class Release and Restore: Yoga for Runners. Yoga has been a part of Stephanie’s life since 2005. Stephanie is passionate about yoga and the health benefits it provides both physically and mentally. SPRING AND SUMMER

SIGNATURE TRAINING

Our signature training program lets you attend classes from 1 to 5 times per week. We strongly recommend choosing an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season.
