Moms on the Run is a structured fitness program for women of all ages (not just moms) and fitness levels. Get in shape–and have a fun time doing so. Run your first 5K, improve your speed and endurance or stay motivated in your walking routine.
We help busy women discover (or rediscover) the path to a lifetime of physical fitness. We focus on interval training to increase cardiovascular fitness levels and maximize metabolism benefits. You’ll start right where you are and walk, jog or run your way to a first race or personal record.

Welcome to our Month of Miles Challenge, where every step counts towards your streak of consecutive days of running or walking! This challenge will help keep you moving all month. How many days in a row can you go? How many days in June can you log activity? Whether you’re jogging, sprinting, or simply taking a leisurely stroll, every movement contributes toward your streak. Participants receive an awesome t-shirt, mileage tracking sheet, and the ability to win awesome prizes on our Facebook page.
This is a personal challenge. Start right where you’re at and work up from there. It could be .5 miles for your first day, but the point is to make sure to log something! Try to increase your overall distance each week by 10 percent.* Remember, your only competition is YOU!
*We advise NOT increasing your running if you are already where you want to be with your mileage. If you do have the personal goal to increase your running, we strongly advise not increasing this mileage more than 10% a week.

This year Month of Miles participants can upgrade their registration to include a fun Moms on the Run t-shirt. This year's design is a District Brand ladies tee in Heathered Teal with the saying: "Chase dreams, outrun doubt."
I acknowledge that running is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently trained for participation in this run, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person. I also know that there may be traffic on my course and I must watch for vehicles at intersections and on roads. I hereby assume any and all risks associated with participating in this event including but not limited to death or personal injury resulting from medical conditions and/or emergencies, falls, the effects of weather including high heat and/or humidity, the condition of the roads, and contact with vehicles. I recognize that if I choose to wear a portable listening device during this run that it may create a distraction which may increase my risk of injury. Knowing these facts, and in consideration of your acceptance of my entry fee, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release, and discharge Moms on the Run LLC (including its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, and assigns), any affiliate, subsidiary or parent company of Moms on the Run LLC, any organization associated with the virtual run, the local government and police, volunteers, and any and all sponsors of the run including their agents, employees and assigns, from any and all claims or causes of action (known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen) for death, personal injury or property damage of any kind or nature including those arising out of my participation in this race and all other events and activities associated with this race. I hereby make all these acknowledgements and release liability on behalf of any children I have registered as well. This Waiver shall be construed broadly to provide release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. By checking the above box I certify that I have read this document and I understand its content.
