At Onalaska Moms on the Run, we’re all about inspiring and transforming women (not just moms) through a lifestyle of fitness, fun and friendship. Whether you’re looking to walk, learn to run, or tackle another marathon, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Our coached group runs and workout classes cater to all fitness levels. The diverse range of workout classes, running plans, and half and full marathon training programs improves strength, flexibility, speed and endurance. But we’re not just about fitness – it’s about forming meaningful connections along the way.

Stay connected during the off season.  Our new social membership option will keep you on our current member distribution list and in our private Facebook group, and receive all class updates and invites to social functions. Receive and coordinate invitations to meet-up with fellow runners; all workouts are covered by our run club insurance. Common meet-up times may include Tuesday and Thursday evenings; Saturday mornings. Access to virtual workouts are also included! We offer Yogalates Monday mornings at 6:30 am and Strong to the Core Thursday mornings at 6:00 am, or, catch these On Demand!

SPRING/SUMMER SIGNATURE TRAINING

Our cardiovascular interval training classes for all levels include strength training, stretching and education. Our Learn to Run program will help you safely build up to your first 5k race. Walkers and experienced runners, improve your speed and endurance with an interval training schedule designed to maximize your fitness levels.

You may cancel at any time after your first payment.  We require 30 days’ written notice, and you will be charged a $25 administration fee. COACH CHRIS

Chris is the Head Coach for Onalaska Moms on the Run. She has been running for 40 years and has no plans to stop. She competed in cross country and track in middle school and in high school and college was a 10k runner. Chris now runs marathons.

She is so excited to share her passion and expertise with Moms on the Run members no matter what level of running they are at. Running can be a life-long activity and she wants all women to be able to enjoy it as much as she does.

COACH LYNN

Coach Lynn is the twin sister to Head Coach Chris! Both sisters have a long history of running, starting in the 5th grade. Lynn knew she liked running when she beat all the boys in the 600. She went on to compete in “fun runs” in the area then cross country and track in middle school. She then competed at the high school and collegiate level in cross country and track. After college she dabbled in triathons and cycling road races and a couple of marathons.

She has past coaching experience at the high school level as a cross country and track coach. She now mainly runs for fun and is very excited to be back to coaching.

COACH STEPHANIE

Stephanie will be coaching the majority of our Virtual Class Release and Restore: Yoga for Runners. Stephanie is passionate about yoga and the health benefits it provides both physically and mentally.

Yoga has been a part of Stephanie’s life since 2005. She received her Registered Yoga Teacher 200-hour certification in November 2014 and has been teaching ever since. She teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, gentle, myofascial release and kids yoga.

Stephanie creates a safe space, a welcoming environment and teaches from a place of compassion that allows students to explore powerful healing and growth.

Destination Weekend: Run the Night, Feb. 20-24, 2025

You are invited to the ultimate running weekend with us as we head to Las Vegas for our destination weekend, Run the Night, Feb. 20-24. Hosted by Moms on the Run and featuring Olympian and National Fitness Director, Carrie Tollefson, this weekend will fill you up with fitness, fun and friendship. Our cornerstone race is Rock 'n' Roll Las Vegas, the ultimate running party in the entertainment capital of the world. You may never have so much fun running with live music and iconic landmarks on every corner, enjoying social time with like-minded women, and relaxing by the pool or one of many bars. We have a challenging and beautiful hike planned culminating in a dip in hot springs, as well as time for you to relax, tour or do whatever you wish.

SPRING AND SUMMER

SIGNATURE TRAINING

Our signature training program lets you attend classes from 1 to 5 times per week. We strongly recommend choosing an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season.

FALL

STRENGTH + CARDIO BOOT CAMP

Our strength and cardio boot camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We’ll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility.

WINTER

POLAR RUN AND INDOOR TRAINING

Our Polar run offers you a way to maintain the running endurance you built up during the summer and fall, while staying accountable and motivating during the long, cold winter months.

We also host virtual and indoor strength-training classes.

MARATHON AND HALF MARATHON TRAINING PLANS

Moms on the Run offers training programs and social media groups to current customers who are training for a marathon or half marathon.

Our training plans have been designed by our National Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson.
