Following is a brief description of the classes we are offering:
- Morning HIIT Class - This will be a 30 minute high intensity workout class. We will combine cardio and strength intervals focusing on a muscle group each week. Class will be Wednesday at 5:30am via Zoom!
- Express Yoga for Runners - This yoga class will be a shorter 30 minute class specifically geared with runners in mind. Class will focus on strength, flexibility and balance to help keep you injury free for running. Class will be Wednesday at 6:30pm.
- Strength Training for Beginners - This will be a 30 minute training class introducing the concepts of strength training. most movements will be done with body weight, but we will also use dumb bells and resistance bands. Focus will be on all large muscles groups. All levels are welcome!! Class will be Thursday at 6:30pm via Zoom
- Polar Club - This is a non structured 60 minute run or walk led mainly by a volunteer coach. Polar Club will be Saturday at 8:00am with alternating locations. *Please note, Polar Run Club runs November - April
- Release and Restore: Yoga for Runners - With the needs of runners in mind, this class will help you recover from your weekly workouts and restore your body for the challenges ahead! Keep you muscles long and strong using yoga to improve breathing and flexibility, with a special focus on core strength and injury prevention. This Class will be Sunday from 6:30pm-7:10pm via Zoom

Join us for Fitness, fun and friendship in 2021!! Moms on the Run is an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on you fitness journey. Whether you're training for your first 5K, training for a longer distance, or just looking for walking buddies, we have a program for you! You'll make new friends, find accountability and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle!

Our 18-week Signature Training Program runs April 26 - August 28 and includes:
- Cardiovascular Interval Training (accessible for all fitness levels): includes 30 minutes of interval training and concludes with strength training, stretching, and education.
- Endurance Runs: steady paced cardio classes that are designed to help build endurance and offer an option to increase mileage. These classes are perfect for runners training for a 10K, half marathon, or beyond!
Class Schedule
- Interval Training: Tuesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm at Paradise Park and Thursday 6:30pm-7:30pm at Sunrise Prairie Trailhead in Wyoming.
- Endurance Run: Saturdays 7:30am-8:30am - Locations vary
- Yoga for Runners: Wednesdays 6:30pm-7:15pm - Zoom (This will initially be a 9 week class from 4/28-6/23)*
- Relax and Restore Yoga: Sundays 6:30pm-7:15pm - Zoom
- Morning Workout: Wednesdays 5:30am-6:00am - Zoom (This will initially be a 9 week class from 4/28-6/23)*

New this season 8 week virtual pilates
Members of our 16 Week Winter Session will receive Member Pricing on our Pilates Foundation for Runners Class. Current members will receive this 8 week program for $59. Those on our Monthly subscription will receive for $39. If you would like to receive member pricing, please register for any of our Winter 16 Week Sessions, and a link for the corresponding member Pilates registration option will be sent to you ($39/$59)
PILATES FOUNDATIONS FOR RUNNERS
February 1 - March 22 (8 Sessions) Mondays from 12pm - 12:45pm CST (sessions will be recorded for later viewing) Location: Virtual (Via Zoom) The foundations of STOTT PILATES® will step up your running game! Learning the five basic principles of STOTT PILATES and practicing select essential exercises will prepare you for everything from daily tasks to your next 10K. A series of 8 lessons will introduce the language and movement of Pilates in a way that will allow you to avoid injury and improve performance by accessing and strengthening your core, and improving flexibility. Equipment needed: A Merrithew® Mini Stability Ball will serve as a muscular focus and substitute for hands on cueing from your instructor, Peggie Zoerhof, STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor, Post Rehab Specialist, Dance Specialist, Athletic Specialist, Pink Ribbon Post Rehab Specialist, Total Barre® Instructor, Zenga® Instructor, Founder of The Intelligent Body Pilates Studio. |

Monthly subscribers will receive access to any class available throughout all sessions (no need to register for future programs - you will automatically be enrolled). Subscribers will have the choice to choose either an Unlimited subscription (attend as many classes as you'd like), or 1x/week. In addition, subscribers will receive multiple perks and bonuses for being part of our monthly subscription program, such as:
You have two monthly subscription options - Unlimited or 1x/week. If you subscribe to our unlimited option, you can attend ALL virtual, indoor, and outdoor classes during ANY session (no need to sign up in advance). If you subscribe to the once a week subscription, you can attend ANY one class a week you would like, plus enjoy all of the perks and benefits of our unlimited subscription membership. |
Class Options
5k Interval Training with Strength workoutOur signature training classes use cardio intervals to improve metabolism and cardiovascular fitness. Beginning runners will learn to run, moving from mostly walking to running as they progress through the 18-week program. More experienced runners will use intervals to improve their running speed and fitness levels. A short strength training component, stretching and education concludes the class.

Endurance Runs for increasing mileage
We offer weekly steady paced cardio workouts with an option to focus on increasing mileage or to get in an additional interval workout. Participants typically walk or jog for 30 to 45+ minutes with longer options available for those training for a 10K, half marathon or beyond.

Trail Running
Our weekly trail runs will help you see the beauty of nature while you get in a great workout. We'll group up by pace and explore the trails.
