Moms on the Run is an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on your fitness journey. Whether you’re training for your first 5K, training for a longer distance, or just looking for walking buddies, we have a program for you! You’ll make new friends, find accountability, and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.

Signature Training Program - April 23-August 26, 2023 Our cardiovascular interval training classes for all levels include strength training, stretching, and education. Our Learn to Run program will help you safely build up to your first 5k race. You also have the option to purchase our charcoal heathered quarter zip pullover and an additional tank or tee at a discount during registration and have them delivered for free to your franchise owner for distribution at class (or opt for direct shipping for an additional fee).

Pre-Season Prep
Moms on the Run Chisago is offering a three week pre-season prep from March 28th-April 13th. This 60-minute class will introduce you to Moms on the Run and give you an insight into how the class is run in a smaller setting. Class will consist of a dynamic warm-up, a strength workout, walk/run and a cool down. Moms on the Run is a great way to get your body moving and meet a great group of women in the process. The cost of this class is $39 and you will receive $39 credit towards spring/summer season if you sign up for monthly membership.
Class will meet on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30pm-7:30pm at Paradise Park. *Register with a friend and you will both receive a gift on the first day of class!

CELEBRATE MOMS FUN RUN 5K:
MAY 13, 2023 Join us as we celebrate moms during our Mother's Day weekend event: Celebrate MOMS Fun Run 5K. Stay tuned to details on our local event to join in the fun run and after party!
Everyone is welcome (not just Moms on the Run members). We'll have a fun run, refreshments, flowers and awesome swag. Our 5K package includes our customized flip flops and foot spa kit, plus a printable race bib. |
MOMS ON THE RUN 5K/10K/KIDS RUN: AUG. 27, 2023
The annual Moms on the Run 5K/10K and Kids Run on Sunday, Aug. 27, is a great way to celebrate your summer training season. We are once again in person at beautiful Lake Phalen in St. Paul, MN. If you can't make that date, we also have a virtual option available. New this year, we have a long sleeve quarter zip for all participants!

Virtual Yoga
Join us this spring and summer for Release and Restore Yoga! With the needs of runners in mind, this class will help you prepare for your weekly workouts, restore your body and calm your mind. This class is more about keeping your muscles long and strong while using yoga to improve breathing, flexibility and core strength. You will definitely feel relaxed and restored for your week ahead.
Register before 3/31 and receive a FREE Moms on the Run tank or tee in our fun Spring Green! Class is 4/23-8/20/23 from 7pm-7:40pm online and is recorded. This is GREAT if you happen to miss a class. |
FREE, TRIAL AND SINGLE CLASS PASSES
Moms on the Run White Bear Lake offers a free trial class available any time to preview our program. We also offer a three class trial pass and single class passes for additional flexibility. These passes can be used for any class including Yoga!
Class Options
5k Interval Training with Strength workoutOur signature training classes use cardio intervals to improve metabolism and cardiovascular fitness. Beginning runners will learn to run, moving from mostly walking to running as they progress through the 18-week program. More experienced runners will use intervals to improve their running speed and fitness levels. A short strength training component, stretching and education concludes the class.

Endurance Runs for increasing mileage
We offer weekly steady paced cardio workouts with an option to focus on increasing mileage or to get in an additional interval workout. Participants typically walk or jog for 30 to 45+ minutes with longer options available for those training for a 10K, half marathon or beyond.

Trail Running
Our weekly trail runs will help you see the beauty of nature while you get in a great workout. We'll group up by pace and explore the trails.
