Strength and Cardio Blast: Wednesdays at 6:30pm - 7:20pm CST, starting November 8. This virtual class option provides a great HIIT workout in the comfort of your own home! We keep you moving through a series of interval rounds of strength and cardio work with a variety of exercises to keep you engaged. We recommend having two sets of dumbbells on hand for our strength training, but you can also get creative with items you have around your house. Our cardio work can be done in relatively small spaces and has been known to include some dance breaks! Don't worry, you'll get a great warm up and cool down as part of our workout and experience a high level of instructor engagement throughout the session!

Yogalates: Mondays 6:45am - 7:25am CST, starting November 6 With the needs of runners in mind, this class will help you prepare for your weekly workouts, restore your body and calm your mind for the challenges of the week ahead. Keep your muscles long and strong while using yoga and Pilates moves to improve breathing, flexibility and core strength.

Note: there will not be classes from December 21 through January 7.
