Welcome to Port Washington Moms on the Run
We proudly offer programming for all fitness levels -- from walkers to beginning and experienced runners. Our Learn to Run program begins with mostly walking and gradually transitions to jogging. Experienced runners will be challenged to improve their pace and distance. Walkers are encouraged to follow an interval training schedule designed to maximize their fitness levels. Whether you are new to Moms on the Run or a returning teammate, we will help you learn to run or maintain your running momentum. We can't wait to get started again in spring 2017. Welcome to the team!

The first week of the 2017 SPRING Training Season will begin on May 9 and May 13.
Practices meet rain or shine on Tuesday nights 7:00pm-8:00pm & Saturday mornings 8:30am-9:30am. This 18-week, FUN-filled program welcomes all ages and fitness levels. The training season ends on Sunday, September 10, 2017 at The Annual Nicholas Pedone 5K (3.1 miles) Walk/Run in Glen Cove.

Our 9-week Extended Fall 2017 Training Season will start on September 26th and end on November 23 at the Port Washington Thanksgiving Day 5 MILE Run/Walk.
