Thank you for your interest in Moms on the Run! Summer is flying by - colder weather will be here before we know it - Nooooooo! Before that happens, come join us for some great workouts while watching the beautiful fall sunrises and sunsets!
Join us for fitness, fun, and friendship in one fun hour.
We offer programming for all fitness levels, from walkers to beginning runners to experienced runners. Our “learn to run” program begins with mostly walking and gradually transitions to more jogging. Experienced runners will be challenged to improve their times and endurance. Walkers will be encouraged to follow an interval training schedule designed to maximize their fitness levels. We also offer a great selection of additional strength and cardio training formats. Flexible enrollment options available!
Fall session starts Wednesday 9/07/2016 and runs 8 weeks through Sunday 11/6/2016
