Scroll down to check out our offerings! ​We offer in-person classes that follow health and safety  policies including social distancing and size limits according to federal, state and local health guidelines. Should shelter in place orders go  into effect, we have virtual programming ready to go and 
will make adjustments as needed to accommodate the continually changing landscape of Covid-19. 

Our Winter program includes a variety of offerings including Virtual Strength/HIIT, outdoor runs and Yoga for Runners. Join us today to experience a new level of community and connection with Moms on the Run.

CUrrent Winter Program

Our Winter Session runs January 4th - April 25th
Its time to change up your fitness routine. Our Winter Training Program provides the support and accountability you need to get through these Long winter months! We'll help you stay active and get outside. We know schedules are busy, which is why we have a variety of options to do Live or Recorded Virtual Strength/HIIT classes, and outdoor group runs!

 Class Schedule and Meeting Details:
  • Virtual Strength & Cardio: Mondays at 6:30pm and Fridays at 11:15am
  • Outdoor Endurance Run: Thursday at 11:15am and Saturdays 8:30am (we will meet at different trails in Woodbury)

Pilates Foundations for Runners

The foundations of STOTT PILATES® will step up your running game! Learning the five basic principles of STOTT PILATES and practicing select essential exercises will prepare you for everything from daily tasks to your next 10K. A series of 8 lessons will introduce the language and movement of Pilates in a way that will allow you to avoid injury and improve performance by accessing and strengthening your core, and improving flexibility.
Equipment needed: A Merrithew® Mini Stability Ball will serve as a muscular focus and substitute for hands on cueing from your instructor, Peggie Zoerhof, STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor, Post Rehab Specialist, Dance Specialist, Athletic Specialist, Pink Ribbon Post Rehab Specialist, Total Barre® Instructor, Zenga® Instructor, Founder of The Intelligent Body Pilates Studio.

Monthly subscribers will receive access to any class available throughout all sessions (no need to register for future programs - you will automatically be enrolled). Subscribers will have the choice to choose either an Unlimited subscription (attend as many classes as you'd like), or 1x/week. In addition, subscribers will receive multiple perks and bonuses for being part of our monthly subscription program, such as:

How it works:
You have two monthly subscription options - Unlimited or 1x/week. If you subscribe to our unlimited option, you can attend ALL virtual, indoor, and outdoor classes during ANY session (no need to sign up in advance). If you subscribe to the once a week subscription, you can attend ANY one class a week you would like, plus enjoy all of the perks and benefits of our unlimited subscription membership.

CLASS OPTIONS

 Virtual Strength/HIIT Training Class

A 45 minute virtual strength and cardio workout right in your own home. Workouts follow a Circuit/HIIT format using resistance bands, dumbbells, stability ball, and bodyweight. These workouts are for all fitness levels and are You can join us live or receive link to recorded version and complete whenever works best for you.
​Our virtual classes will focus on strength & plyometric movements to help increase the power of your stride and aid in injury prevention.  5lb-12lb dumbbells and a mat/towel are recommended. Additional equipment may be utilized, but alternatives will always be available

ENDURANCE & Interval RuNs

Don't let the colder temps and shorter daylight hours keep you from your miles or force you inside.  Bundle up and enjoy the great outdoors! Soak up some fresh air and maintain your base miles, or begin building speed & endurance for those early spring races.  All the while, reap the many health benefits of outdoor winter exercise!
We've got options for both steady paced or interval walk/ jog run designed to keep up your endurance, while learning how to run on different terrain and in different temperatures. You will also have the option to call in and do the interval/group run on your treadmill or indoor bike.

Strength & Cardio Boot Camp

Sept. 7th- Oct.31st 2021
Our 8-week strength and cardio boot camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We'll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility.

Change up your regular running routine and take your fitness indoors!  We'll have fun while getting strong using TRX bands, dumbbells, kettlebells and more.
Our 60 minute class combines strength training, cardio and endurance in the ultimate high-intensity interval training format. You'll raise your heart rate and get incredible results.
Woodbury Moms on the Run Signature 5k Interval Training

18 Week Signature Training

Now Enrolling!
Our signature 18-week training program lets you attend classes from 1 to 3 times per week. We strongly recommend choosing an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season.
