SPRING 18 WEEK SIGNATURE PROGRAM
April -August Our signature spring and summer training program will get you to that first 5K or help you improve your speed and endurance. Choose to attend 1-3 classes per week. We recommend including an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season. |
FALL 8 WEEK STRENGTH AND CARDIO BOOT CAMP
September-October Our 8-week Fall session offers a wide variety of formats including Strength and Cardio Boot Camp, Trail running, Interval and speed work training, and Endurance runs. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, endurance, speed and agility. |
WINTER SESSION 1 & SESSION 2 STRENGTH CLASS - OUTDOOR ENDURANCE RUNS Session 1: November-December Session 2: January-April Each week we will mix up our strength training with execises for core, upper body and lower body with special focus on muscles that are important with staying healthy for running and prepare you for a strong spring season of running. Our coach led outdoor option will provide an opportunity to ease into winter running and maintain your mileage base throughout the cold winter months. |
