Our 14 week Winter Session 2 offers LIVE VIRTUAL & RECORDED yoga class and strength class, and one LIVE IN-PERSON endurance run each week.

Our 14 week Winter Session 2 offers LIVE VIRTUAL & RECORDED yoga class and strength class, and one LIVE IN-PERSON endurance run each week.
CLASS SCHEDULE:
- SUNDAY REST AND RESTORE YOGA at 6:30 pm-7:10 pm - 40 min (Live Virtual and Recorded) - 15 weeks
- TUESDAY STRENGTH CLASS at 6:30-7:15 pm- 45 min (Live Virtual and Recorded) - 14 weeks
- SATURDAY ENDURANCE RUN at 7:30 am (Live in person) - 14 weeks
Class Schedule and Meeting Details:
- YOGA REST & RESTORE LIVE & RECORDED: Sundays at 6:30 pm - 40 min. With the needs of runners in mind, this class will help you prepare for you weekly workouts, restore your body and calm your mind for the challenges of the week ahead. Keep your muscles long and strong while using yoga to improve breathing, flexibility and core strength. Zoom link will be provided.
- STRENGTH LIVE VIRTUAL & RECORDED: Tuesdays at 6:30 pm - 45 minutes. Strength programing specifically tailored for runners so that you can go into spring running STRONG! Log into the zoom link for class time and sweat from the comfort of your own home. Have a yoga mat, weights and resistance bands ready.
- ENDURANCE RUNS LIVE IN-PERSON: Saturdays at 7:30 am at varying locations around Waconia, St Bonifacius and Victoria. Steady paced cardio classes designed to help build endurance, with an option to increase mileage for whatever your spring running goals.

*When purchasing a payment plan the first payment is charged at the time of registration. Our payment plans divide the cost of registration over a pre-determined set of months. Payment plans are not a month-to-month contract that can be cancelled, but rather a commitment to purchase the program in installments. Due to expenses incurred at the beginning of our season, we are unable to offer refunds or cancel upcoming payments for any reason after two weeks prior to the class start date. February 1 - February 28
Our 28 day healthy lifestyle challenge kicks off February 1st and run for 28 days. MOTRvate28 will help you gear up for spring by earning points in a number of wellness categories designed to motivate you and create solid, healthy habits. Once you have registered, come back to the MOTRvate28 homepage in the registration system and you will see a PDF tracking sheet to download. We will also email the tracker to all participants before the challenge kickoff.

YEaR ROUND PROGRAMMING
At Moms on the Run we love to run - no matter what the weather! We offer a variety of year-round programming to help you stay in shape and stay connected to our strong community of women.
SPRING 18 WEEK SIGNATURE PROGRAM
April -August 2021 Our signature spring and summer training program will get you to that first 5K or help you improve your speed and endurance. Choose to attend 1-3 classes per week. We recommend including an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season. |
FALL 8 WEEK STRENGTH AND CARDIO BOOT CAMP
September-October 2020 Our 8-week Fall session offers a wide variety of formats including Strength and Cardio Boot Camp, Trail running, Interval and speed work training, and Endurance runs. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, endurance, speed and agility. |
WINTER SESSION 1 & SESSION 2 STRENGTH CLASS - YOGA - OUTDOOR ENDURANCE RUNS REGISTRATION OPEN FOR SESSION 2! Session 1: November-December 2020 Session 2: January-April 2021 Each week we will mix up our strength training with execises for core, upper body and lower body with special focus on muscles that are important with staying healthy for running and prepare you for a strong spring season of running. Our coach led outdoor option will provide an opportunity to ease into winter running and maintain your mileage base throughout the cold winter months. |
