Moms on the Run is an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on your fitness journey. Whether you’re training for your first 5K, training for a longer distance, or just looking for walking buddies, we have a program for you! You’ll make new friends, find accountability, and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.

Signature Training Program April 24-August 27, 2022 Our cardiovascular interval training classes for all levels include strength training, stretching and education. Our Learn to Run program will help you safely build up to your first 5k race. Experienced runners, improve your speed and endurance with an interval training schedule designed to maximize your fitness levels.

MONTH OF MILES
Join us for a fun challenge to stay motivated and accountable with a regular exercise routine. Our Month of Miles Challenge will help you set goals to increase your mileage a bit each week as you are motivated to move your body every day. Walking, jogging, intervals and running all count toward your movement goal. Even if you're usually a runner, walking is an important part of success in this challenge and is encouraged as a safe way to increase mileage. This is a personal challenge. Start right where you're at and work up from there. It could be .5 miles for your first day, but the point is to make sure to log something! Try to increase your overall distance each week by 10 percent.* Remember, your only competition is YOU! For less than $10/week, your membership includes:

*We advise NOT increasing your running if you are already where you want to be with your mileage. If you do have the personal goal to increase your running, we strongly advise not increasing this mileage more than 10% per week.

SPRING 18 WEEK SIGNATURE PROGRAM
April -August Our signature spring and summer training program will get you to that first 5K or help you improve your speed and endurance. Choose to attend 1-3 classes per week. We recommend including an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season. |
FALL 8 WEEK STRENGTH AND CARDIO BOOT CAMP
September-October Our 8-week Fall session offers a wide variety of formats including Strength and Cardio Boot Camp, Trail running, Interval and speed work training, and Endurance runs. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, endurance, speed and agility. |
WINTER SESSION 1 & SESSION 2 STRENGTH CLASS - YOGA - OUTDOOR ENDURANCE RUNS Session 1: November-December Session 2: January-April Each week we will mix up our strength training with execises for core, upper body and lower body with special focus on muscles that are important with staying healthy for running and prepare you for a strong spring season of running. Our coach led outdoor option will provide an opportunity to ease into winter running and maintain your mileage base throughout the cold winter months. |
