Welcome to Shoreview Moms on the Run​

Today is a great time to join us for fitness, fun and friendship!!

​Moms on the Run is an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate, and encourage you on your fitness journey. Whether you're striving for your first 5K, training for a longer distance, or just looking for walking buddies, we have a program for you! You'll make new friends, find accountability, and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle!
​All women and all fitness levels welcome!!

Our Winter Training Program provides the support and accountability you need to get through the busy holiday season and the long cold winter months. Please note the outdoor Polar Run Club locations vary depending on weather/condition of the paths.

​Winter Session 1 - November 14 - January 28
Winter Session 2 - January 30 - April 15
  • Total Body Strength: Monday and Thursday 6:00pm at WBL Sports Center
  • Sunrise Polar Run: Tuesday 7:00am at Vadnais-Sucker Lake Park
  • Evening Polar Run: Wednesday 6:00pm at Shoreview Community Center*
  • ​Endurance Polar Run: Saturday 8:00am at WBL Kowalskis*
*May transition to Vadnais-Sucker Lake Park in March or April depending on condition of the trails.

STRENGTH TRAINING 
​Total Body Strength

Have fun and get in shape while combining strength, cardio, and endurance training. Build and tone muscle, improve balance, and strengthen your core with this high intensity interval training format.

SUNRISE & EVENING RUN
Chasing the Sun Polar Run
Early morning and evening weekday runs include a short warm up and conclude with stretching.

ENDURANCE RUN
Your Pace & Distance Polar Run
Winter runs with option to focus on increasing mileage. 
Participants typically walk or jog for 30 to 45+ minutes with longer options available for those training for a 10K, half-marathon, or beyond.

Year Round Programming

At Shoreview Moms on the Run we love to gather - no matter what the weather! We offer a variety of year-round programming to help you stay in shape and stay connected to our strong community of women.

18 WEEK SIGNATURE TRAINING
April  - August 

Our signature 18-week training program lets you attend classes from 1 to 5 times per week. We strongly recommend choosing an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season. Both runners and walkers are welcome!

STRENGTH/CARDIO BOOT CAMP
September   - November 

Our 8-week strength and cardio boot camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We'll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility.  Walkers and runners are welcome!

​OUTDOOR POLAR CLUB and 
WINTER INDOOR CLASSES 
November - April
Layer up and keep up your endurance with outdoor Polar Club runs or take it indoors with a mixture of strength training and core work. ​Our indoor classes combine strength training, cardio, and endurance in the ultimate high-intensity interval training format. You'll raise your heart rate and get incredible results.
We'll have fun while getting stronger!
