We love to run....even in the winter! Our winter run class provides an opportunity to keep getting fresh air, maintain endurance and motivation through out those long winter months!

I started Moms on the Run Shakopee in the fall of 2015. I was a middle school Language Arts teacher for 10 years before deciding to stay home with my 5 kids (includes two sets of twins, one fraternal set and an identical set). I am continually amazed and inspired by the women I have met through this program. I always feel blessed when I hear your testimonies and stories of success. One of the most exciting aspects of the program for me has been watching the new friendships form. In a culture where we are too busy to connect, we are doing just that while taking care of ourselves and getting a workout in at the same time. I hope to meet you soon!
