Moms on the Run is an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on your fitness journey. Our 8-week Strength and Cardio Boot Camp runs September 10, 2023 - November 4, 2023 Our 8-week Strength and Cardio Boot Camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We'll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility. Class Option
INTERVAL TRAINING WITH STRENGTH WORKOUT
The class format includes 20 minutes of walk/run intervals intermixed with 20 minutes of strength training and 10 minutes of warm-up, cool down and stretching. Participants are encourage to bring 5 lb weights and a yoga mat. |
ENDURANCE RUN
WITH OPTION TO INCREASE MILEAGE Our weekly steady paced cardio workouts are designed to help participants build endurance and either increase their mileage, maintain their running base, or add in an additional interval workout. |

oin us as we celebrate moms during our Mother's Day weekend event: Celebrate MOMS Fun Run 5K. Stay tuned to details on our local event to join in the fun run and after party!
Everyone is welcome (not just Moms on the Run members). We'll have a fun run, refreshments, flowers and awesome swag. Our 5K package includes our customized flip flops and foot spa kit, plus a printable race bib. |
The annual Moms on the Run 5K/10K and Kids Run on Sunday, Aug. 27, is a great way to celebrate your summer training season. We are once again in person at beautiful Lake Phalen in St. Paul, MN. If you can't make that date, we also have a virtual option available. New this year, we have a long sleeve quarter zip for all participants!
All women are welcome to join us! This event is fun for all and is not exclusive to members. |

I started Moms on the Run Shakopee in the fall of 2015. I was a middle school Language Arts teacher for 10 years before deciding to stay home with my 5 kids (includes two sets of twins, one fraternal set and an identical set). I am continually amazed and inspired by the women I have met through this program. I always feel blessed when I hear your testimonies and stories of success. One of the most exciting aspects of the program for me has been watching the new friendships form. In a culture where we are too busy to connect, we are doing just that while taking care of ourselves and getting a workout in at the same time. I hope to meet you soon!
