WE LOVE TO RUN – EVEN IN WINTER!
Join our Polar Run Club
Many of our locations offer cold-weather winter running, and some specifically in our Polar Run Club format. These meet-ups offer you a way to maintain the running endurance you built up during the summer and fall, while staying accountable and motivating during the long, cold months. Polar Run Club provides the organization and structure you need to succeed.
The session typically runs mid-November through April and is available at select Moms on the Run locations in the Twin Cities and other markets. Your membership allows you to run with any participating location*.
MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES**
- weekly runs at any of our participating Twin Cities locations
- annual membership to Road Runner’s Club of America
- subscription to the RRCA quarterly magazine
- your liability insurance as a member of a running club
- a motivating coach or team coordinator
WHAT IS POLAR RUN CLUB?
Our Polar Run Club typically runs mid-November through mid-April and is available at select Moms on the Run locations in the Twin Cities. Your membership allows you to run with any participating location.
Each session is typically facilitated by a team coordinator or coach and is registered and insured through the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA). Our Run Club affiliation ensures our groups can continue to run even if a coach isn’t available on a given week.
POLAR RUN CLUB LOCATIONS
Register* with the location you plan to primarily attend. Rates may vary between sites according to the level of coaching and frequency of meeting times. Meeting locations often vary from week to week, so connect with the local coordinator in advance if you plan to attend another site.
Some cities offer running classes or indoor fitness classes instead and the choice for each city can be found on our Locations page.

*Details may vary by city, including dates, training programs, level of coaching, and pricing (our costs vary). Occasionally discounted rates are available to members; these member rates are reserved for those enrolled in the past season of MOTR or is available for those interested in the next season of MOTR. Non-member rates include a deposit towards the next outdoor MOTR running season (May-August). Late registrants may not receive the RRCA publication if we have already turned in our roster. Costs cannot be prorated for joining us later in the season. Attendance will vary and there is no guarantee that someone will be at a workout.
It’s only cold if you’re standing still.
