Olympian Carrie Tollefson writes fall marathon and 10-miler training programs. The programs align with our signature training and strength and cardio plans as well as the Twin Cities Medtronic Marathon.

The Moms on the Run Fall Marathon and 10-Miler training programs are a $199 value that is FREE for Moms on the Run customers enrolled in our 2025 spring training program.

Plans will be available in June; contact your franchise owner to get a training plan as well as access to our private Facebook group. If you do not have a Moms on the Run location within 50 miles of you and would like to participant in our marathon training program, contact info@momsontherun.com

TRAINING FOR THE TWIN CITIES MARATHON (TCM) FALL MARATHON WITH MOMS ON THE RUN

The Twin Cities Marathon (TCM) is an amazing event held in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area each year. The marathon is often dubbed “The Most Beautiful Urban Marathon in America” and is one of the top 10 largest marathons in the US. The event offers a variety of distances to cater to a wide variety of runners. Saturday’s races include a 5k and 10K distance while Sunday’s events offer a 10 mile race and full marathon.

TRAINING PLAN

Our training plans have been designed by our Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson. These plans are designed for intermediate runners looking to increase their mileage and are designed to incorporate into the Moms on the Run class schedule.

Training plans will be available by mid-May.

ACCOUNTABILITY & SUPPORT

Get access to our private Facebook group connecting you with other runners training for the race. We’ll use Facebook live to conduct webinars led by Moms on the Run National Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson. Attend a meet-n-greet on race day to connect with Carrie and other runners.

WEBINAR(S) WITH CARRIE

Our training program includes 1-2 webinars conducted via Facebook Live and facilitated by Olympian and Moms on the Run Fitness Director, Carrie Tollefson.
