Winter programming
Our winter programs will help you maintain your fitness and reach your goals over the long winter months. Join us for our off-season training program and get the support you need to stay active and motivated all winter long.
Our Winter Running programs have flexible schedule and pricing options to fit your budget and lifestyle. Our goal for winter is to keep you MOVING. There are so many benefits to running in the winter: running on snow builds strength, burn calories, strengthen your heart (and mind!), and you might be surprised at how much you enjoy the fresh air. Running in the winter has proven to be one of our favorite seasons and helps keep us motivated and improving all winter long. If you need an extra winter push out the door, this may be exactly what you need. Our next winter session begins February 28th! Virtual Yoga - Release and Restore: Yoga for Runners
- Sundays at 4:00 p.m. at Lake St. United Methodist Church <----MAIN CLASS
- #MondayMotivation: Coach-led workouts for you to complete at home posted in our private Facebook page every Monday
- Tuesdays at 5:30 a.m. at Phoenix Park High Five Dog (weather permitting)
- Mid-week runs and speed work (Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. at Hobbs Ice Rink Parking Lot, Thursday trail running- conditions permitting)
- Saturdays at 7:00 a.m. at Hobbs Ice Rink Parking Lot or various trail locations in Eau Claire

Monthly subscribers will receive access to any class available throughout all sessions (no need to register for future programs - you will automatically be enrolled). Subscribers will have the choice to choose either an Unlimited subscription (attend as many classes as you'd like), or 1x/week. In addition, subscribers will receive perks for being part of our monthly subscription program, such as:
You have two monthly subscription options - Unlimited or 1x/week. If you subscribe to our unlimited option, you can attend ALL virtual, indoor, and outdoor classes during ANY session (no need to sign up in advance). If you subscribe to the once a week subscription, you can attend ANY one class a week you would like, plus enjoy all of the perks and benefits of our unlimited subscription membership. |

Our payment plans divide the cost of registration over a pre-determined set of installments with payments starting at the time of registration. Payment plans are not a month-to-month contract that can be cancelled, but rather a commitment to purchase the program in installments. Due to expenses incurred at the beginning of our season, we are unable to offer refunds or cancel upcoming payments for any reason after two weeks prior to the class start date. Saturday, May 8, 2021 Join us as we celebrate moms during our first virtual LIVE Mother's Day race: Celebrate MOMS 5K. We've partnered with Charge Running once again to put on a national event that is open to everyone, not just Moms on the Run! We have great swag items for men and kids too, and we welcome and encourage you to make this a fun event for the whole family. |
Winter Training/Polar RunsWe love to run...even in the winter! Our winter training program provides an opportunity to keep getting fresh air, and help your running legs stay in top shape through these long, cold months. We offer an indoor strength training class during the coldest months.

Destination Run: CLEARWATERJanuary 28-31, 2022
Our destination run will fill you up with fitness, fun and friendship. Come alone or with your best running friends and focus on whatever you need, whether it's pushing yourself during the race, enjoying some social time with like-minded women, or relaxing on a beautiful beach. The weekend will be led by our National Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson. You're sure to love an extended weekend away at a beautiful destination! |
