Moms on the Run inspires and transforms women through a healthy lifestyle of fitness, fun and friendship. We offer instructor-led fitness programming to women of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re training for your first 5K, training for a longer distance, want to increase your strength or just looking for walking buddies, we have a program for you. You’ll make new friends, find accountability, and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.

COACH DANIELLE

I was not a runner until my 30s, but I couldn’t imagine my life without it now. I am a mom to 2 wonderful kids (17, 13) and have been married for 17 years.  I moved to Eau Claire in 2001.  I love how MOTR brings together women of all different ages and abilities and how the community we create helps keep us all accountable, no matter our experience or ability.  I have been a MOTR member since 201…. since the light blue heather shirt 😉 and started coaching a couple of years after that.  I’ve been the Eau Claire franchise owner since 2020!

I’ve been with MOTR for 5 years and discovered how much I LOVE to run (even in the winter)!  My favorite thing about MOTR is connecting with other active women.  I’m a physical therapist, parent coach, author, and certified functional nutrition informed professional.  My passion is to help other moms feel and be their best!  I look forward to running with you!

I am a mom of 4, wife, school counselor, and health coach! I have been coaching with MOTR for eleven years now. I hate to run alone and LOVE how our MOTR crew pushes, encourages, and motivates everyone to be their best….both as a runner and in life.

RUN THE COAST

JOIN US FOR A SUNNY SOCAL RUNCATION
JANUARY 11-15, 2024

Join Moms on the Run and Olympian Carrie Tollefson for a weekend of fitness, fun and friendship at Carlsbad Marathon, Half and 5k.

Our sunny adventure along the SoCal coast will fill you up with much-needed R&R. Come alone or with your best running friends and focus on whatever you need – pushing yourself during the race, enjoying social time with like-minded women, or relaxing by a beautiful rooftop pool overlooking the ocean.

SPRING AND SUMMER: SIGNATURE TRAINING

Our signature training program lets you attend classes from 1 to 5 times per week. We strongly recommend choosing an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season.

FALL: STRENGTH + CARDIO BOOT CAMP

Our strength and cardio boot camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We’ll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility.

WINTER: POLAR RUN AND INDOOR TRAINING

Our Polar run offers you a way to maintain the running endurance you built up during the summer and fall, while staying accountable and motivating during the long, cold winter months.

We also host virtual and indoor strength-training classes.

MARATHON AND HALF MARATHON TRAINING PLANS

Moms on the Run offers training programs and social media groups to current customers who are training for a marathon or half marathon.

Our training plans have been designed by our National Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson.
