Whether you’re training for your first 5K, training for a longer distance, or just looking for walking buddies, we have a program for you! Our 8-week Strength and Cardio Boot Camp runs September 10, 2023 - November 4, 2023 Our 8-week Strength and Cardio Boot Camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We'll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility. Fall Flex Class Pass ($129-$179)
Choose among packages from once a week to unlimited classes via our flex passes. Any class type during the current enrollment period is included. Flex 10 ($129) Unlimited ($179) |
Monthly Subscription ($49 or $69)
Choose your plan: 1 class a week or Unlimited. You can cancel or pause your subscription at anytime (terms and conditions apply). This is the best option for our regular members; no need to re-enroll each season and bonus classes between seasons are included. |

STRENGTH AND CARDIO BOOT CAMP CLASSES
INTERVAL TRAINING WITH STRENGTH WORKOUTThe class format includes 20 minutes of walk/run intervals intermixed with 20 minutes of strength training and 10 minutes of warm-up, cool down and stretching. Participants are encourage to bring 5 lb weights and a yoga mat.

At Moms on the Run we love to run - no matter what the weather! We offer a variety of programming to help you stay in shape and stay connected to our strong community of women. Choose a program title below to get more details.
Signature Training (18 weeks)
Offered in Spring/Summer
Our Signature Training Program will get you to that first 5k or help you improve your speed and endurance. Choose to attend 1-3 classes per week. We recommend including an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season. |
Strength & Cardio boot camp (8 weeks)
Offered in Fall
Our Strength and Cardio Boot Camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We'll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility. |
Polar running
Offered in Winter - November to April
Change up your regular running routine and take your fitness indoors! We offer strength training as well as indoor track workouts. You'll raise your heart rate and get incredible results. We also have options to layer up and keep up your endurance with outdoor weekend runs. |
marathon and half marathon training plans
specialty classes - virtual live offerings
Our specialty virtual classes meet weekly via Zoom with a LIVE instructor. Participants also have access to the classes on demand!
We offer sessions throughout the year, typically 8-12 weeks in length featuring formats such as yoga or STOTT PILATES®. These classes will help you step up your running game, avoid injury and improve performance by accessing and strengthening your core, and improving flexibility. |
