2021 Spring and Summer Registration open NOW!

Moms on the Run is an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on your fitness journey. Whether you’re training for your first 5K, training for a longer distance, or just looking for walking buddies, we have a program for you! You’ll make new friends, find accountability, and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.

​Our Winter Training Program provides the support and accountability you need to get through the busy holiday season and the long cold winter months. We'll helptay active and get outside. Our program offers a weekly outdoor run and weekly strength class held virtually through Zoom.

  • Release & Restore Yoga for Runners  (Virtual) : Sunday 6:30pm  (12 week class) 
  • Strength and Cardio Training (Virtual) : Wednesday 6:00pm (12 week classs)

Signature Training Program April 26-August 25, 2021

Our cardiovascular interval training classes for all levels include strength training, stretching and education. Our Learn to Run program will help you safely build up to your first 5k race. Walkers and experienced runners, improve your speed and endurance with an interval training schedule designed to maximize your fitness levels.
  • Interval Training: Mondays/ Wednesdays at 6:30pm, Saturdays at 8:00 am
  • Endurance Run: Saturdays at 7:30 am
  • Strength and Carido (Virtual): Thursdays at 6:30pm via Zoom
  • Release & Restore (Yoga for Runners): Sundays 6:30pm-7:10pm via Zoom, Coach Ronda
Coming in May: Pilates Foundations for Runners! This is specialty 8-week virtual class available live and on demand; registration opens soon.

Our payment plans divide the cost of registration over a pre-determined set of months with payments starting at the time of registration. Payment plans are not a month-to-month contract that can be cancelled, but rather a commitment to purchase the program in installments. Due to expenses incurred at the beginning of our season, we are unable to offer refunds or cancel upcoming payments for any reason after two weeks prior to the class start date. NEW THIS SEASON - 8 week virtual Pilates

PILATES FOUNDATIONS FOR RUNNERS

February 1 - March 22 (8 sessions)
Mondays from 12pm - 12:45pm CST (sessions will be recorded for later viewing)
Location: Virtual (via Zoom)

The foundations of STOTT PILATES® will step up your running game! Learning the five basic principles of STOTT PILATES and practicing select essential exercises will prepare you for everything from daily tasks to your next 10K. A series of 8 lessons will introduce the language and movement of Pilates in a way that will allow you to avoid injury and improve performance by accessing and strengthening your core, and improving flexibility.

Equipment needed: A Merrithew® Mini Stability Ball will serve as a muscular focus and substitute for hands on cueing from your instructor, Peggie Zoerhof, STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor, Post Rehab Specialist, Dance Specialist, Athletic Specialist, Pink Ribbon Post Rehab Specialist, Total Barre® Instructor, Zenga® Instructor, Founder of The Intelligent Body Pilates Studio.

Members of our 12 week Winter Session will receive Member Pricing on our Pilates Foundation for Runners Class. Current members will receive this 8 week program for $59.  If you would like to receive member pricing, please register for any of our Winter 12 week sessions and a link for the member pricing for Pilates Foundation for Runners will be sent to you.

We love to run, even in winter! You might be surprised at how much you enjoy being outside and getting fresh air while you experience the beauty of winter from a different perspective.

MARATHON AND HALF
​MARATHON TRAINING PLANS

Moms on the Run offers training programs to current customers who are training for a marathon or half marathon. Our training plans have been designed by our National Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson.

At Cottage Grove Moms on the Run we love to run - no matter what the weather! We offer a variety of year-round programming to help you stay in shape and stay connected to our strong community of women.

STRENGTH & CARDIO BOOT CAMP
September 2021 -  October 2021

Our 8-week strength and cardio boot camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We'll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility.

WINTER INDOOR TRACK WORKOUT

Change up your regular running routine and take your fitness indoors! The off-season is a great time to focus on strength training and speed work  with our indoor class. Each class is 50 minutes and combines strength training, cardio and endurance. You'll raise your heart rate and get incredible results. We'll also have options to layer up and keep up your endurance with outdoor weekend runs.

18 WEEK SIGNATURE TRAINING
​Spring 2021

Our signature 18-week training program lets you attend classes from 1 to 3 times per week. We strongly recommend choosing an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season.
