Signature Training Program April 23-August 26, 2023 Our cardiovascular interval training classes for all levels include strength training, stretching and education. Our Learn to Run program will help you safely build up to your first 5k race. Walkers and experienced runners, improve your speed and endurance with an interval training schedule designed to maximize your fitness levels.

You also have the option to purchase our charcoal heathered quarter zip pullover and an additional tank or tee at a discount during registration and have them delivered for free to your franchise owner for distribution at class (or opt for direct shipping for an additional fee).

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION = UNLIMITED FITNESS FRIENDSHIP FUN ALL YEAR ROUND
Monthly subscribers will receive access to any class available throughout all sessions (no need to register for future programs - you will automatically be enrolled). Subscribers will have the choice to choose either an Unlimited subscription (attend as many classes as you'd like), or 1x/week. In addition, subscribers will receive multiple perks and bonuses for being part of our monthly subscription program, such as:
You have two monthly subscription options - Unlimited or 1x/week. If you subscribe to our unlimited option, you can attend ALL virtual, indoor, and outdoor classes during ANY session (no need to sign up in advance). If you subscribe to the once a week subscription, you can attend ANY one class a week you would like, plus enjoy all of the perks and benefits of our unlimited subscription membership. ***Subscribers may cancel at any time with notice (see terms) or put their subscription on hold for up to two months. |

Cardio core and moreStay in shape with this heart pumping, muscle burning fun class! Enjoy a fast-paced workout designed to boost your metabolism by combining high intensity cardio blasts with strength training, including a special focus on core strength for runners. Modifications are available for all fitness levels.

MOMS ON THE RUN 5K/10K/KIDS RUN: AUG. 27, 2023The annual Moms on the Run 5K/10K and Kids Run on Sunday, Aug. 27, is a great way to celebrate your summer training season. We are once again in person at beautiful Lake Phalen in St. Paul, MN. If you can't make that date, we also have a virtual option available. New this year, we have a long sleeve quarter zip for all participants!

OUR PROGRAMMING
At Moms on the Run we love to run - no matter what the weather! We offer a variety of programming to help you stay in shape and stay connected to our strong community of women. Choose a program title below to get more details.
Signature Training (18 weeks)
Offered in Spring/Summer
Our Signature Training Program will get you to that first 5k or help you improve your speed and endurance. Choose to attend 1-3 classes per week. We recommend including an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season. |
Strength & Cardio boot camp (8 weeks)
Offered in Fall
Our Strength and Cardio Boot Camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We'll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility. |
Polar running
Offered in Winter - November to April
Change up your regular running routine and take your fitness indoors! We offer strength training as well as indoor track workouts. You'll raise your heart rate and get incredible results. We also have options to layer up and keep up your endurance with outdoor weekend runs. |
marathon and half marathon training plans

Our specialty virtual classes meet weekly via Zoom with a LIVE instructor. Participants also have access to the classes on demand!
We offer sessions throughout the year, typically 8-12 weeks in length featuring formats such as yoga or STOTT PILATES®. These classes will help you step up your running game, avoid injury and improve performance by accessing and strengthening your core, and improving flexibility. |
