Moms on the Run is an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on your fitness journey. Whether you’re training for your first 5K, training for a longer distance, or just looking for walking buddies, we have a program for you! You’ll make new friends, find accountability, and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.

WINTER SCHEDULE
November 12th - April 16th 2022 Stay motivated year-round! Our 45 minute indoor classes and casual group runs are a fun way to give your metabolism and your mood a boost. No experience required. All fitness levels are welcome. Indoor Strength and Conditioning Classes:

10 Classes Flex Pass Strength and Cardio Class + includes any group run $119
1x week Strength and Cardio Class + includes any group run $199 30 Classes Flex Pass Strength and Cardio Class + includes any group run $100.00 deposit, then $39.75 to be paid every month X 4 months. 2x/week Strength and Cardio Class + includes any group run $299 3x/ week Strength and Cardio Class + includes any group run $80/ X 4 months WINTER SESSION IS 5 MONTHS!
