This spring and summer we will offer both virtual and in-person class options, and will make adjustments as needed to accommodate the continually changing landscape of Covid-19. Our in-person classes follow health and safety policies including social distancing and size limits according to federal, state and local health guidelines. Our virtual options deliver an exceptional LIVE experience of fitness, fun and friendship, all from the convenience of your own home.

JOIN US FOR FITNESS, FUN & FRIENDSHIP
Moms on the Run is an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on your fitness journey. Whether you’re training for your first 5K, training for a longer distance, or just looking for walking buddies, we have a program for you! You’ll make new friends, find accountability, and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.

All enrollment options include 18 weeks of classes, access to our private Facebook community for accountability and support, and a performance t-shirt or tank for registrations received by 3/31.

- Any 20 Class Pass - This program offers the ultimate flexibility for those who have an unpredictable schedule and want a low to moderate commitment level. Attend up to 20 session throughout the duration of the program, including virtual, interval training and endurance classes.

Anoka County Parks require a vehicle entry permit. The annual pass is $30.

Our Coon Rapids Bunker Hills location is part of Twin Cities North Moms on the Run which is owned by Coach Stephanie. Check out our nearby locations including: If you miss a class and need to make it up - you can attend a class at one of these locations without approval from your coach. However, if you plan to attend classes regularly at other locations, please contact stephvanheel@momsontherun.com to learn more about our multi-location purchase options and to make sure your account is set up to reflect your expected attendance.

Join us as we celebrate moms during our first virtual LIVE Mother's Day race: Celebrate MOMS 5K. We've partnered with Charge Running once again to put on a national event that is open to everyone, not just Moms on the Run! We have great swag items for men and kids too, and we welcome and encourage you to make this a fun event for the whole family. |
MARATHON AND HALF
MARATHON TRAINING PLANS
Moms on the Run offers training programs to current customers who are training for a marathon or half marathon. Our training plans have been designed by our National Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson.
YEAR ROUND PROGRAMMING
At Moms on the Run we love to run - no matter what the weather! We offer a variety of year-round programming to help you stay in shape and stay connected to our strong community of women.
18 WEEK SIGNATURE TRAINING
Our signature 18-week training program lets you attend classes from 1 to 3 times per week. We strongly recommend choosing an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season. |
STRENGTH & CARDIO BOOT CAMP
Our 8-week strength and cardio boot camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We'll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility. |
WINTER TRAINING
Change up your regular running routine and take your fitness indoors! The off-season is a great time to focus on strength training with our indoor HIIT class. Each 60 minute class combines strength training, cardio and endurance. You'll raise your heart rate and get incredible results. We'll also have options to layer up and keep up your endurance with outdoor weekend runs. |
