​Moms on the Run is an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on your fitness journey. Whether you’re training for your first 5K, training for a longer distance, or just looking for walking buddies, we have a program for you! You’ll make new friends, find accountability, and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.

Our 8-week Strength and Cardio Boot Camp runs September 5, 2023 - October 30, 2023

Our 8-week Strength and Cardio Boot Camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We'll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility. Bonus! You’ll make new friends, find accountability, and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.

Fall Class Schedule
  • Interval Classes: Thursdays at 6pm at Lakeside Commons Park and Saturdays at 7:30am at Lochness Park off of Lexington Avenue
  • Endurance Runs: Saturdays at 7:30am at Coon Rapids Dam or Sundays at 7:30am at Laurie LaMott or 3:00pm at Bunker Hills
  • Strength and Stretching: Mondays 6:00pm at Lakeside Commons Park​
