Welcome to Blaine Moms on the Run
Stop thinking you could never be a runner and start believing that you can achieve your fitness goals! Moms on the Run can help. We’re not a run club. We’re an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on your journey. You’ll make new friends, find accountability and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.
We welcome all women, all ages and all fitness levels. We offer programming for walkers to beginning runners to experienced runners. Walkers will be encouraged to follow an interval training schedule designed to maximize their fitness levels. Our “learn to run” program begins with mostly walking and gradually transitions to more jogging, with the optional goal of completing a 5k race. Experienced runners will be challenged to improve their times and endurance. We also offer a great selection of additional strength and cardio training formats.

7:30 AM Saturdays -
Herb Brooks Training Center (upper level of the Schwan's Super Rink).
30 minute outdoor run following the indoor class is included.
Strength and Cardio Boot Camp
21 weeks of total body workouts that combines strength and endurance through a combination of calisthenics, core work, interval training, plyometric exercises, muscle conditioning, and partner drills. Ranging from circuit style that kick starts your cardiovascular fitness to creative muscle building exercises using minimal equipment. Each class will bring its own challenges, no two weeks will be the same! All women and fitness levels are welcome.
Your plan is good at Blaine, Coon Rapids, Bunker, Fridley, New Brighton/St.Anthony and Lino Lakes.

21 Week Winter Plan Options and Pricing:
On the calendar go to the first week of November (Winter session starts November 5th) click the name of the class you would like to enroll in. You will be able to cancel or change your enrollment in the future if needed. After selecting your class you will be prompted to purchase your plan. If you purchase a plan with multiple days, please go back to the calendar after completing your payment to enroll in your additional class days.
