​Moms on the Run is an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on your fitness journey. Whether you’re training for your first 5K, training for a longer distance, or just looking for walking buddies, we have a program for you! You’ll make new friends, find accountability, and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.

​All enrollment options include access to our private Facebook community for accountability and support, and a performance t-shirt or tank for registrations received by 3/31.

Spring - Summer Class Schedule

  • Interval Training - Each 60-minute class typically includes 30 minutes of cardio intervals for all levels, a warm-up and cool-down, 12 minutes of strength training, and 5-10 minutes of stretching and education. Participants should bring an exercise mat and water bottle.
  • Endurance Run - Our weekly endurance run allows our runners to walk or jog for 30 to 45+ minutes. This class option offers a steady pace cardio workout with an option to focus on increasing mileage, for those interested in training for a 10K, half marathon or beyond.
  • Track Workout - The workout will use the track to work on improving our cardiovascular fitness level through a variety of running workouts. Also includes a dynamic warm up, form focus strength work and stretching.
  • Tempo Run - This class is an opportunity to focus on achieving your "goal" pace as we work on maintaining longer periods of time running without walk breaks. Workout will include a warm up and cool down and last 45-60 minutes.

  • ​​​Learn to Run/Return to Run - This schedule is for women needing to build up to a 5k distance. Women start by mostly walking and end the season non-stop jogging. Recommended for those who can comfortably jog for one minute of jogging at the program start.
  • Recreational - This schedule is for runners who still need or prefer walking breaks but are comfortable doing some running. 
  • Intermediate - This schedule is for women who can run 20-30 minutes without stopping. This program introduces a variety of running workouts to help women get more out of training.
  • Walking - This schedule is for women who choose to or need to use walking for their cardiovascular workout. There will be intervals and effort level changes to improve overall health.

Flexible Payments and Packages 

Classes at Blaine, Coon Rapids Dam, Bunker Hills, Lino Lakes or Fridley during the current enrollment period are included. 
  • 1x/week Class plus Endurance Run - ​Attend 1 session a week includes an endurance run each week. 
  • 2x/week Class Training includes Endurance Run - Attend 2 classes a week includes an endurance run each week.
  • Unlimited Signature Training Program - Best Value! - Attend any amount of classes and endurance runs each week, 
  • Any 20 Class Flex Pass - This program offers the ultimate flexibility for those who have an unpredictable schedule and want a low to moderate commitment level. Attend up to 20 sessions throughout the program. 
  • Any 10 Class Flex Pass - This program offers the ultimate flexibility for those who know they won't be around the whole summer. Attend up to 10 sessions throughout the duration of the program.
