At Hudson-Stillwater area Moms on the Run, we empower women (not just moms) through fitness, friendship and fun. Whether you want to walk, start running, improve endurance, increase speed or train for a race, we’re here to support you. We offer coached workout classes and group runs, as well as half and full marathon training plans to help you reach your goals.
