Moms on the Run is an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on your journey. You’ll make new friends, find accountability and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.

Winter Training Session: Stay active and motivated all year round! Our outdoor options will provide an opportunity to ease into winter running and maintain your mileage base throughout the winter months.  Our Winter program provides fresh air and accountability. With less structure than our Spring and Fall Programs, this is a great way to work at your own pace and get ready to crush goals this Spring!  

Spring Training Session: offers programming for walkers to beginning runners to experienced runners. We offer classes with cardiovascular interval training for all levels and strength training, stretching and education. Our Learn to Run program will help you safely build up to your first 5k race. Walkers and experienced runners, will be encouraged to follow an interval training schedule designed to maximize your fitness levels. We also offer weekly steady paced cardio classes designed to help build endurance and offer an option to increase mileage.
Walker or runner, you will start at your own level and progress throughout the season.

​Winter Session Runs from Thursday January 2nd, 2020-Thursday March 19th, 2020 (Scroll down for detailed class descriptions)
  • Interval Training: Thursdays at 6:00pm, Meet at University Plaza Hotel (the corner of JQH and Walnut) 
  • Endurance/Trail Runs:  Saturdays (once a month 1/11, 2/8 and 3/7) at 7:30 am, *location will change during session to mix up our longer runs 
  • Running BootCamp: Sundays at 3:00pm, meet at Route 66 Parking Garage (across from Jordan Valley Park)

Endurance Runs

A steady pace run to focus on increasing mileage and endurance for our upcoming races. New this session we will have 2 endurance groups.  One focusing on PRs for experienced runners and one for runners training for 5k/10k or half marathons with a more relaxed approach.

Interval Training

60 minute class includes interval running or run/walking, a warm-up and cool-down. A coach leads each group from walk/runners to experienced runners in a progressive interval session.

Running Boot camp

 A fun, 60 minute High Intensity Interval workout that incorporates running and strength training. The format will change up each week to keep things fun and interesting. This class is outdoors and location varies.
