Moms on the Run is an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on your journey. You’ll make new friends, find accountability and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.
Don't let the cooler temps and shorter daylight hours steer you away from your fitness goals. Surround yourself with encouraging, fitness-minded women like yourself to keep you motivated and accountable! We offer a wide variety of options throughout the week to accommodate your busy schedule and to keep your body guessing. Soak up some fresh air and maintain your base miles with our outdoor running classes and/or continue to work speed and experience the metabolism-boosting, strength and power gains of our indoor strength classes. Winter Season Runs November 7, 2019 - March 28, 2020
- Strength and Cardio Bootcamp: Thursdays, 6:30pm-7:15pm at Embrace Church
- Winter Endurance Run/Walk: Saturdays, 8:00am at Grandview Park
- Sunday Snowshoeing: Sundays - 3:00pm-4:00pm various locations around St Croix Valley*

*Our payment plans divide the cost of registration over a pre-determined set of months with payments starting at the time of registration. Payment plans are not a month-to-month contract that can be cancelled, but rather a commitment to purchase the program in installments. Due to expenses incurred at the beginning of our season, we are unable to offer refunds or cancel upcoming payments for any reason after two weeks prior to the class start date. WINTER TRAINING PROGRAM

Don't let the cold Minnesota winters scare you away from getting a great workout! We offer both indoor and outdoor workouts to help you maintain the strength and conditioning you built over the summer and fall. We offer a great yoga for running class and we'll layer up and keep up your endurance with outdoor weekend runs.
18 WEEK SIGNATURE TRAINING
Our signature 18-week training program lets you attend classes from 1 to 3 times per week. We strongly recommend choosing an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season
STRENGTH & CARDIO BOOT CAMP
Our 8-week Strength and Cardio Boot Camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We'll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility.
