Moms on the run

REGISTER FOR OUR WINTER TRAINING PROGRAM​

Moms on the Run is an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on your fitness journey. Whether you’re training for your first 5K, training for a longer distance, or just looking for walking buddies, we have a program for you! You’ll make new friends, find accountability, and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.
Winter Running
We will meet Saturdays at 9am! Registration is now open below.

Our Winter Training Program provides the support and accountability you need to get through the busy holiday season and the long cold winter months. We have LIVE virtual classes and in-person running opportunities!

Winter Class Schedule
Session 1: November 19 - December 22 (6 weeks)

Session 2: January 8 - April 22 (15 weeks)
  • Virtual Strength and Cardio Blast - Mondays 6:30 - 7:20pm with Coach Stacy
  • Outdoor Polar Run - Saturdays at 9:00am at Spring Lake Park/Schaar's Bluff.
  • Virtual Yoga for Runners - Sundays at 7:00pm, or on demand, with Coach Stephanie

Keep your muscles long and strong in the off-season as we use yoga to restore & strengthen with a focus on breathing techniques, core strength, & flexibility.

Stay in shape with this heart pumping, muscle burning fun class! Enjoy a fast-paced workout designed to boost your metabolism by combining high intensity cardio blasts with strength training, including a special focus on core strength for runners. Modifications are available for all fitness levels.

Year Round Programming

18 Week Signature Training

Our signature 18-week training program lets you attend classes from 1 to 5 times per week. We strongly recommend choosing an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season.

Strength + Cardio program

Our 8-week strength and cardio boot camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We'll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility.

Polar Run

Our Polar Runs offers you a way to maintain the running endurance you built up during the summer and fall, while staying accountable and motivating during the long, cold winter months. Our Polar Runs gives you the organization and structure you need to succeed.
