polar run club
We love to run...even in the winter! Our Polar Run Club provides an opportunity to keep getting fresh air, and help your running legs stay in top shape through these long, cold months.
This session runs November 16, 2019 - April 11, 2020
We meet Saturdays at 9:00am at Schaar's Bluff and will explore other local trails for further adventure!

All options includes a membership to our Twin Cities metro-wide Polar Run Club which allows you to run at any location. Checkout class meeting info for other locations at our Polar Run Club Page.
**Due to expenses incurred at the beginning of our season, we are unable to offer refunds or cancel upcoming payments for any reason after two weeks prior to the class start date. For more information on our refund policy please see our FAQ

Year Round Programming
At Hastings Moms on the Run we love to run - no matter what the weather! We offer a variety of year-round programming to help you stay in shape and stay connected to our strong community of women.
18 Week Signature Training
coming spring 2020
Our signature 18-week training program lets you attend classes from 1 to 3 times per week. We strongly recommend choosing an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season.
Strength & Cardio Boot Camp
coming fall 2020
Our 8-week strength and cardio boot camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We'll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility.
November 16- April 11, 2020
We offer weekly outdoor endurance runs to help maintain your running base through the long, cold winter months.
