Moms on the Run is an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on your fitness journey. Whether you’re training for your first 5K, training for a longer distance, or just looking for walking buddies, we have a program for you! You’ll make new friends, find accountability, and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.

NOW OPEN! Signature Training Program April 25-August 25, 2022 Our cardiovascular interval training classes for all levels include strength training, stretching and education. Our Learn to Run program will help you safely build up to your first 5k race. Walkers and experienced runners, improve your speed and endurance with an interval training schedule designed to maximize your fitness levels.

Flex Class Passes
Choose among packages from once a week to unlimited classes via our flex passes. Any class type during the current enrollment period is included.

Join us for a fun challenge to stay motivated and accountable with a regular exercise routine. Our Month of Miles Challenge will help you set goals to increase your mileage a little bit each week as you are challenged to move your body every single day. Walking, jogging, intervals, and running are all counted towards your movement goal. Even if you're usually a runner, walking is an important part of success in this challenge and is encouraged as a safe way to increase mileage.
This is a personal challenge. Start right where you’re at and work up from there. It could be .5 miles for your first day, but the point is to make sure to log something! Try to increase your overall distance each week by 10 percent.*

For less than $10 a week your membership includes:
*We advise NOT increasing your running if you are already where you want to be with your mileage. If you do have the personal goal to increase your running, we strongly advise not increasing this mileage more than 10% a week.

Year Round Programming
18 Week Signature Training
Our signature 18-week training program lets you attend classes from 1 to 5 times per week. We strongly recommend choosing an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season.

Strength + Cardio program
Our 8-week strength and cardio boot camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We'll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility.

Polar Run
Our Polar Runs offers you a way to maintain the running endurance you built up during the summer and fall, while staying accountable and motivating during the long, cold winter months. Our Polar Runs gives you the organization and structure you need to succeed.
