Spring/Summer 2019 Registration will open Friday February 15th.
Stop thinking you could never be a runner and start believing that you can achieve your fitness goals! Moms on the Run can help. We’re not a run club. We’re an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on your journey. You’ll make new friends, find accountability and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.
We welcome all women, all ages and all fitness levels. We offer programming for walkers to beginning runners to experienced runners. Walkers will be encouraged to follow an interval training schedule designed to maximize their fitness levels. Our “learn to run” program begins with mostly walking and gradually transitions to more jogging, with the optional goal of completing a 5k race. Experienced runners will be challenged to improve their times and endurance. We also offer a great selection of additional strength and cardio training formats.

Gear up for spring with our 28-Day healthy lifestyle challenge running February 1 – February 28 th . This fun
challenge will feature healthy lifestyle categories helping to motivate you and keep you accountable while creating solid, healthy habits. ALL participants will receive a prize upon completing the challenge. We are also offering a little friendly competition between franchises: The city with the highest average score wins our team challenge! |

WINTER 2018-2019
Our indoor winter strength and cardio boot camp offers a variety of options to help you get fit. We'll help you maximize your metabolism by providing interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving your strength, muscle tone, speed and agility.
INDOOR CARDIO TRAINING
Indoor cardio exercises using intervals of varying intensity (HIIT) for all fitness levels. |
INDOOR STRENGTH TRAINING
Indoor strength training using dumbbells. Effective and fun workouts change weekly and will provide motivation to stay healthy and active all winter. |
OUTDOOR
ENDURANCE RUNS Our weekly endurance run allows our runners to walk or jog for 30 to 45+ minutes. With the option to focus on increasing mileage, for those interested in training for a 10K, half marathon or beyond. |
