Month of Miles: June 1-30
Welcome to our Month of Miles, where every step counts towards your streak of consecutive days of running or walking!
This challenge will help keep you moving all month. How many days in a row can you go? How many days in June can you log activity? Whether you're jogging, sprinting, or simply taking a leisurely stroll, every movement contributes to your streak.
Participants receive weekly accountability, a seat protector to save your vehicle seats from sweat, and the ability to win awesome prizes on our Facebook page.

*We advise NOT increasing your running if you are already where you want to be with your mileage. We strongly advise not increasing running mileage by more than 10% a week.

CELEBRATE MOMS: Mother's Day Weekend 2025
Kick off Mother’s Day weekend by Celebrating Moms and Strong Women Everywhere! This event is a casual, all-levels, Moms on the Run-style workout followed by refreshments.
We'll also be giving away prizes on social media. Share your photos from the workout on that day’s post on our National Facebook page for a chance to win!

Moms on the Run 5K/10K/Kids Run: Aug. 24, 2025
Celebrate your spring/summer training season with our biggest race of the year: Moms on the Run 5K/10K and Kids Run. This year, we're changing it up and doing an evening run! Come 'chase the sun' with us and celebrate after at our sunset fun fest, where we'll have food trucks, a DJ dance party and more. Mark your calendars for Aug. 24 from 5-9 p.m. at Lake Phalen in St. Paul, MN.
