National Classes

Moms on the Run is offering a series of virtual classes. Many of our local franchises are offering them, but if your location isn't offering or if you do not have a location within 20 miles of you, you can register with National Moms on the Run.


Virtual Yoga Class: Release & Restore, Yoga for Runners

With the needs of runners in mind, this class will help you prepare for your weekly workouts, restore your body and calm your mind for the challenges of the week ahead. Keep your muscles long and strong while using yoga to improve breathing, flexibility and core strength.

Pilates for Runners

Our virtual STOTT PILATES® classes will step up your running game! Classes meet weekly via Zoom with a LIVE instructor and you will also have access to the recorded sessions of each meeting if you can't attend the live class. We are offering an 8 week class that will help you avoid injury and improve performance by accessing and strengthening your core, and improving flexibility.

  • Pilates Foundation: Learn the five basic principles of STOTT PILATES and practice select essential exercises to prepare you for everything from daily tasks to your next 10K.
