It’s the time of year when red and green foil wrappers make chocolate consumption mandatory, all in the name of being “festive.” Workouts become nearly impossible to squeeze in amongst work, school, kids activities, travel and family gatherings.

Let’s stop an “all or nothing” mentality and enjoy our holidays with the intention of including healthy habits. We don't want to add an extra task to your to-do list in an already busy season, so our goal is to incorporate quick activities that we hope will be habit-building. We’ll provide the inspiration, the encouragement — and of course the fun!
We're challenging you to a game — Bingo style. Go in order or skip around, checking off as you go. ALL are welcome to join in the fun (Moms on the Run membership not required). Win Prizes We’ll conduct weekly prize drawings among everyone who checks in on our Facebook post. |

Win PrizesEvery Wednesday during the challenge (14th, 21st, 28th), check-in on our Facebook contest post and comment with your answer to the “question of the week.” We’ll conduct prize drawings weekly among everyone who checks in.

About Our Charity
All proceeds go to Feed My Starving Children. a leading non-profit focused on packing and delivering meals specially formulated for malnourished children around the world. Every 24 cents provides a meal to a child in need — your $10 will provide a meal to 40 kids!
