Welcome! We’re so glad you’re here. These next few weeks we will be laying the foundations for success and injury prevention as a runner by learning all of the following: proper breathing, core and glute strengthening, and proper cadence. If you are new to running, when you’re given instructions to try something on your run, we recommend mostly walking at first. Start with run intervals only one minute at a time, taking at least three minutes off, and progress towards longer and more frequent intervals from there.
