REGISTER FOR OUR WINTER TRAINING PROGRAM

​Moms on the Run is an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on your fitness journey. Whether you’re training for your first 5K, training for a longer distance, or just looking for walking buddies, we have a program for you! You’ll make new friends, find accountability, and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.

  • Release & Restore (Yoga for Runners): Going on now! Sundays 7:00pm-7:40pm with Coach Steph - attend live via Zoom or watch on demand at your convenience.

 Yoga for Runners

Keep your muscles long and strong in the off-season as we use yoga to restore & strengthen with a focus on breathing techniques, core strength, & flexibility.

Stay in shape with this heart pumping, muscle burning fun class! Enjoy a fast-paced workout designed to boost your metabolism by combining high intensity cardio blasts with strength training, including a special focus on core strength for runners. Modifications are available for all fitness levels.

Meeting Details

Our Winter classes are live on Zoom. Our Spring through Fall Interval Training classes meet two to three times a week to use the Lakewalk, Location TBD.

Marathon and Half Marathon Training Plans

 
Moms on the Run offers training programs to current customers who are training for a marathon or half marathon. Our training plans have been designed by our National Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson.

Our PROGRAMMING

At Moms on the Run we love to run - no matter what the weather! We offer a variety of programming to help you stay in shape and stay connected to our strong community of women. Choose a program title below to get more details.
SUMMER signature Training
Offered in Spring and Summer
Our Signature Training Program will get you to that first 5k or help you improve your speed and endurance.  Choose to attend 1-3 classes per week. We recommend including an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season.

FALL Strength & Cardio Boot Camp
Offered in Fall
Our Strength and Cardio Boot Camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We'll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility.

Specialty Classes - Virtual LIVE Offerings
Our specialty virtual classes meet weekly via Zoom with a LIVE instructor. Participants also have access to the classes on demand!

We offer sessions throughout the year, typically 8-12 weeks in length featuring formats such as yoga or STOTT PILATES®. These classes will help you step up your running game, avoid injury and improve performance by accessing and strengthening your core, and improving flexibility.
