Virtual Pilates Class

STOTT PILATES®for Runners

Our virtual STOTT PILATES® classes will step up your running game! Classes meet weekly via Zoom with a LIVE instructor and you will also have access to the recorded sessions of each meeting if you can't attend the live class. We are offering 8 week classes that will help you avoid injury and improve performance by accessing and strengthening your core, and improving flexibility.

Pilates Foundation

May 5 - June 23, 2021*
Wednesdays, 4:15-5:00pm


The foundations of STOTT PILATES® will step up your running game! Learning the five basic principles of STOTT PILATES and practicing select essential exercises will prepare you for everything from daily tasks to your next 10K. A series of 8 lessons will introduce the language and movement of Pilates in a way that will allow you to avoid injury and improve performance by accessing and strengthening your core, and improving flexibility.

Equipment needed: A Merrithew® Mini Stability Ball will serve as a muscular focus and substitute for hands on cueing from your instructor.

Pilates Foundation for Runners
*Because of the build-able nature of this class, we are not enrolling after the first week; however we plan to offer another 8 week session at a later date. Email us if you'd like to be contacted when registration opens!

Pilates Progression

May 3 - June 28, 2021 (no class May 31)*
Mondays 12:00-12:45pm


This class builds upon the previous fundamentals learned in our Foundations class to help you improve balance, pace and coordination. (prerequisite Pilates Foundations or instructor approval)

Equipment needed: A Merrithew® Mini Stability Ball will serve as a muscular focus and substitute for hands on cueing from your instructor. You will also need a bath size towel and 6 foot long Flexband.
