Our virtual STOTT PILATES® classes will step up your running game! Classes meet weekly via Zoom with a LIVE instructor and you will also have access to the recorded sessions of each meeting if you can't attend the live class. We are offering a 6 -week class series that will help you avoid injury and improve performance by accessing and strengthening your core, and improving flexibility.
Pilates Foundations
The foundations of STOTT PILATES® will improve your fitness level and your performance as a runner! Learning the five basic principles of STOTT PILATES and practicing select essential exercises will prepare you for everything from daily tasks to your next 10K. A series of 6 lessons will introduce the language and movement of Pilates in a way that will allow you to avoid injury and improve performance by accessing and strengthening your core, and improving flexibility.
Equipment needed: A 10" Merrithew® Mini Stability Ball will serve as a muscular focus and substitute for hands on cueing from your instructor. January 17 - February 21, 2022
