Twin Cities Marathon

AND FALL ENDURANCE
​Training Program

The Twin Cities Marathon (TCM) is an amazing event held in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area each year. The marathon is often dubbed "The Most Beautiful Urban Marathon in America" and is one of the top 10 largest marathons in the US. The event offers a variety of distances to cater to a wide variety of runners. Saturday's races include a 5k and 10K distance while Sunday's events offer a 10 mile race and full marathon. While our training program is designed around TCM weekend, it is not exclusive, and trainees for any fall endurance event are welcome to join us 

Marathon Weekend is October 1-2, 2022

Moms on the Run Training Program

Moms on the Run is offering a free training program ($199 value!) to current Moms on the Run customers* who are participating in the 10 Mile race and the Marathon. Our training plans have been created by our National Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson and are designed to fit into our Signature Training Program and Strength and Cardio Boot Camp. 16-week Training Plans begin June 13 and go out to customers on June 6.

Training Plan

Training plans designed by Olympian Carrie Tollefson will be provided for the 10 mile and full marathon. These plans are designed for intermediate runners and are designed to incorporate into the current Moms on the Run class schedule.

Accountability & Support

Get access to a private Facebook group to connect with other runners. Offer encouragement and seek accountability with others following the same training plan. Get invites to webinars that take place in the group.

Webinar

You'll get an invite to a webinar led by  our Moms on the Run Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson. She'll share tips and tricks as you prepare for the race.

Our training program includes a webinar conducted via Facebook Live and facilitated by Moms on the Run Fitness Director, Olympian Carrie Tollefson. No worries if you can't attend in person! All webinars will be saved for later access in our private facebook group. You may also submit questions ahead of time for the event. Join us:
