Moms on the Run is an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on your fitness journey. Whether you’re training for your first 5K, training for a longer distance, or just looking for walking buddies, we have a program for you! You’ll make new friends, find accountability, and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.
Our Winter Training Program provides the support and accountability you need to get through the busy holiday season and the long cold winter months. We'll help you stay active and get outside. Our program offers a weekly outdoor run from Sat Nov 17 , 2020 through Sat Apr 17th, 2021.

Our 28 day healthy lifestyle challenge kicks off February 1st and run for 28 days. MOTRvate28 will help you gear up for spring by earning points in a number of wellness categories designed to motivate you and create solid, healthy habits. Once you have registered, come back to the MOTRvate28 homepage in the registration system and you will see a PDF tracking sheet to download. We will also email the tracker to all participants before the challenge kickoff.

Our Pilates class will step up your running game! A series of 8 lessons will introduce the language and movement of Pilates in a way that will allow you to avoid injury and improve performance by accessing and strengthening your core, and improving flexibility.

Hi everyone! I live in Sartell with my husband, Joe, and our three kids, Dalten (14), Callum (10), and Ada (7) and dog, Anna. I work part-time as a Nurse Practitioner for virtuwell. When I'm not homeschooling the kids or dealing with rental houses, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, running, working out, sewing, camping, and reading.
I have been running for 20+ years now. I started my first year in college, so that I could reduce my stress from studying! Over the years I have enjoyed running in multiple 5Ks and 10Ks, and most recently completed multiple half marathons and 3 marathons. I understand how hard it can be to get out and exercise when life can be so busy. I have brought Moms on the Run to the St Cloud area, so that I can encourage other women who lead busy lives to get out, develop friendships and enjoy time with other women while becoming more fit. I love to meet and connect with other people, and cannot wait to share my love for running with you! |

STRENGTH & CARDIO BOOT CAMPComing Fall 2021
Our 8-week Strength and Cardio Boot Camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We'll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility.

WINTER RunningNow Enrolling Winter 2020-2021
Don't let the cold Minnesota winters scare you away from getting a great workout! We offer outdoor running to help you maintain the endurance you built over the summer and fall. We'll layer up and keep up your endurance with outdoor weekend runs.

18 WEEK SIGNATURE TRAININGComing Spring/Summer 2021
Our signature 18-week training program lets you attend classes from 1 to unlimited times per week. We strongly recommend choosing an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season
