Coach Hayley
I started running with Moms on the Run in 2015 right after the birth of my second son. I wanted to find more mom friends and also get healthy. I definitely achieved both of those goals! At the start of my MOTR career, I had never run more than a few yards. Within a few MOTR months, I'd run a 5k, 10k and within 18 months, I ran a half marathon! I've gone on to finish all kinds of races with my team, including two marathons and a 210 mile relay! I've learned so much about myself (mainly my power, strength and resilience) since being with Moms on the Run. I've also formed bonds and friendships that will last a lifetime and for that I am forever grateful. I began coaching with Moms on the Run around 2018, which has also been an absolute blessing. The reward of watching a woman discover her own power is absolutely priceless! Let's get out there and get strong together!

I joined Moms on the Run in 2016. I was new to Springfield and looking for motivation to get active after the birth of my 4th baby. Moms on the Run was just what I needed. I loved meeting ladies of all ages and backgrounds, and the support of the group was just amazing. I became a coach about a year later. I ran track in high school, although I was never in the front of the pack and longer distances scared me to death! In the last several years, running has become my happy place. I have participated in many 5ks and 10ks, a few half marathons, and an epic 2 day 200 mile relay with my Moms on the Run tribe. I work as a physical therapist assistant part time. My husband and I have 5 kids. I am a sports mom and spend most nights and weekends running between practices and games for. My favorite part of being a Moms on the Run coach is seeing so many amazing women achieve their goals and accomplish things they never thought possible!
