Moms on the Run is an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on your fitness journey. Whether you’re training for your first 5K, training for a longer distance, or just looking for walking buddies, we have a program for you! You’ll make new friends, find accountability, and have fun while working toward a healthier lifestyle.

Signature Training Program April 26-August 29, 2021
Our cardiovascular interval training classes for all levels include strength training, stretching and education. Our Learn to Run program will help you safely build up to your first 5k race. Walkers and experienced runners, improve your speed and endurance with an interval training schedule designed to maximize your fitness levels.
  • Interval Training: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm at Cleary Lake Regional Park
  • Endurance Run: Sundays at 7:30am at Cleary Lake Regional Park​

Interval training with
strength workout

​

The class format includes 20 minutes of walk/run intervals intermixed with 20 minutes of strength training and 10 minutes of warm-up, cool down and stretching. Participants are encourage to bring 5 lb weights and a yoga mat.

Endurance runs for
​increasing mileage


Our weekly steady paced cardio workouts give our participants an option to build endurance and either add in an additional interval workout or increase mileage as they train for a  10K, half marathon or beyond.

At Moms on the Run we love to run - no matter what the weather! We offer a variety of year-round programming to help you stay in shape and stay connected to our strong community of women.
18 WEEK
​SIGNATURE TRAINING

Spring/Summer 2021
Our signature 18-week training program lets you attend classes from 1 to 3 times per week. We strongly recommend choosing an interval class at least once a week, which includes a higher level of structure and support. From walkers to runners, women will start at their own level and progress throughout the season
STRENGTH & CARDIO
​BOOT CAMP

Fall 2021

Our 8-week Strength and Cardio Boot Camp offers a variety of workout options to help you get fit. We'll help maximize your metabolism by providing run/walk high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility.
WINTER ENDURANCE &
INDOOR HIIT


​Winter 2021/2022
That's right, we provide options for the cold weather lover too. We'll head outside to ensure we maintain our miles during the cooler months. We also offer indoor high intensity interval training (HIIT) at your level for those wanting to come in from the cold. Enhance your fitness level by improving strength, muscle tone, speed and agility.
